This vacation began as a trip to Venice Italy. Due to Covid restrictions, the trip was cancelled, rescheduled, cancelled, rescheduled and finally cancelled. During the entire process Jenn was there helping us with the process. We exchanged numerous emails and phone calls because we didn’t want to lose our investment. Jenn gave us advice and made us comfortable with our decision.
After we changed our plans, and decide to attend the 50th Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, Jenn was there to help. Jenn helped us with the process of changing the travel credits for the cancelled Venice trip to the Balloon Fiesta.
We told her what we would like to have and she made it happen, even changing flight plans so that we could catch an earlier connecting flight.
Our trip to the Balloon Fiesta was awesome and we have Jenn to thank. We believe in her so much, that we have asked her to schedule a cruise for us.

Great trip to Hawaii

Jenn was extremely helpful in planning my family's recent trip to Hawaii and a pleasure to work with.
She came up with a great itinerary that fit our schedule and handled all the flight, hotel and rental car booking.
Jenn was easy to communicate with during all stages. Morning or evening, she'd respond quickly to any question I had - even on Thanksgiving morning.
I had some questions about specific things at the hotels. Jenn called called the hotels directly to get the answers.
We booked various excursions for our trip. Jenn always quickly forwarded any messages from a tour operator to me.
I will definitely use Jenn as my travel agent for future trips and will recommend her to anyone I know who is planning a vacation or other trip.

Honeymoon trip

Jennifer made my trip absolutely stress free. From me providing amazing recommendations, to getting up early to make sure we secured dining reservations, to having to completely change my whole trip the day before due to being snowed in in Texas (who could’ve predicted that one??), to helping me get a next day ECV for my mom without me having to take any time away from my trip, I couldn’t have enjoyed my vacation without her. Jenn is amazing! On extremely short notice, Jenn provided multiple options for our family to go to Universal Studios in our budget. She explained and offered possibilities until we had a firm plan in our minds.
