This was our first WDW trip for our family and to say the least, the planning and combing through the wealth of information about Disney was just too overwhelming! Jenn was a gem throughout the planning and during our trip in Florida. She provided very timely responses to questions (both through email and text) and her tips were spot on. In September 2020, I contacted Jenn by email and provided her with a basic idea for our Disney vacation but the pandemic kept changing the plans.
