My Home for a time
? I’ve always loved to travel! Even back in high school, I knew I wanted to explore the world of being a travel agent, which led me to a co-op placement at a local agency. From there, I pursued my education and earned my Diploma in Travel and Tourism. Not long after, The Walt Disney World Company came recruiting Canadians for their International Program—and my heart was set on working for the Mouse! I spent an unforgettable year in the Canadian Pavilion at EPCOT, where I gained invaluable knowledge about Disney and its culture, and built lifelong friendships from around the world.
Fast forward a few years—I’m married, a mom to three boys, and I’ve fulfilled my dream of becoming a Travel Agent. I love sharing my passion for travel with my family (and I think the travel bug is definitely catching on!). Together, we’ve made countless memories at Walt Disney World Resorts and Parks, and we continue to enjoy visiting Universal Orlando and the Orlando area.
My personal experiences, along with specialized training through Disney, Universal, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, have equipped me to help others plan their perfect vacation. I offer free concierge-level service, handling all the details so you can simply enjoy the magic. ?

When we started planning our Disney vacation last fall it all seemed so overwhelming. How do you buy tickets? What parks on what days? How do those Fast Pass things work? ..you get the picture. We received a referral for Carolyn and are tremendously grateful for that. Carolyn was amazing from start to finish. Exploring, researching and ultimately booking a Disney vacation is dauting, even intimidating. Carolyn was super helpful, responsive and generally enthusiastic about our trip from top to bottom. There was no pressure from Carolyn at any point, only positive recommendations and advice along the way. More importantly for us, Carolyn found ways to save us money and even was able to bring discounts to our attention after we have booked/paid a deposit, which all factored into our trip and allowed us to spread our budget further.
I am especially appreciative of the virtual meeting we had with Carolyn a few weeks before the trip, that allowed us to ask any final questions and make sure we were fully ready for the Disney experience.

Carolyn worked through sending us a variety of possible options for us based on our requests, then tweaked and filtered (and even provided her own personal experiences for some of the recommendations) for us until we found the right location and property for our trip. Fantastic Trip to St. Lucia secrets resort.

Carolyn booked us a great trip to secrets resort and spa in St.Lucia, she gave us many options within the budget we set up. It was timely and prompt, everything went very smooth in booking. The resort was a gem. The resort was modern and clean, had beautiful gardens and a view that took your breath away. Each evening we had the most beautiful sunsets with every colour imaginable reflecting off the ocean and clouds. This island is must go to in the Caribbean, I would call it the Hawaii of the Caribbean as we have been to both and had the same landscapes. Thank you for booking such a great Holiday for us.

A fantastic family vacation!

Carolyn worked very hard to ensure our family had an amazing getaway. Since we booked very last minute to avoid the risk of a hurricane during our trip to Punta Cana, she had to research hotels and pricing for us several times.
This was our second time booking with Carolyn, and once again she took all the stress out of the process. She handled the booking and payment with care, which was such a relief as I didn’t want to risk making any errors.
Carolyn worked very hard to ensure our family had an amazing getaway. Since we booked very last minute to avoid the risk of a hurricane during our trip to Punta Cana, she researched hotels and pricing for us several times. Her communication was always timely and relevant, and she never came across as pushy. Instead, she made us feel comfortable taking our time to decide where we wanted to go.
After booking, Carolyn even contacted the hotel directly to make sure we would have the two double beds and pull-out couch we needed. She really understood our priorities—finding a resort that would be fun and suitable for teens, while also offering good food and a strong reputation for safety.

Carolyn was so helpful in not only booking our trip getting us just where we wanted to be and in explaining the different options (eg. food plans, etc). but her communication was excellent. She followed promotions that came up after we booked and was able to use them to our advantage, getting us an even better deal that when we originally booked. I know that she would have done so much more too - we were travelling with our daughter, a "seasoned" Disney traveller and she took care of things like dinner reservations and lightening passes for us but I have no doubt at all the Carolyn would have helped us greatly with these as well. I would not hesitate to both recommend Carolyn and to use her again for another trip. Thank you so much Carolyn (and Merry Christmas!)

Best Disney Trip

Carolyn exceeded all expectations. Travelling with someone in a wheelchair is a challenge in itself. I gave her what kind of experience we were looking for and type of accommodation we wanted and gave it over to her. I must say we couldn't have asked for a better time. The location was perfect. Any questions I had, she responded almost immediately. She made sure we had everything looked after. One bonus with booking through her was, she told us to book our stay immediately to make sure we got what we wanted. All I had to do was put down a $200 deposit with balance owing 30 days prior. We could cancel at anytime prior to the 30 days and get our deposit back. After that we would only lose our deposit. With the challenges were facing then with restrictions changing by day in travelling out of country, that sealed the deal for me. Thank you Carolyn!

Thank you. We had such an awesome vacation! I became a pro with the genie and the lightening lane lol. We arrived at the parks early and closed them down. Managed to do practically everything we wanted to. Did approximately 20,000 steps a day. The water park was a nice relaxing break, cirque was awesome and the everglades was amazing! Had a gator swimming right next to us. What an amazing and memorable experience it all was and none of it would have been possible without your help. Best family vacation ever!!!!

I had a great experience working with Carolyn and would be happy to come back and have her book other vacation for me again. She gave me everything I asked for and the thinks she could she looked up for me and was able to find the information and price and told me how to book it so it was easy for me to do. My daughter and I had a wonderful trip and did a lot of resort hopping and went to 3 out of 4 parks plus the halloween party and it was awesome. Glad we took this trip. But would never go back in August because it was very hot and too much for us.

Fabulous post-Covid vacation to Punta Cana

Carolyn has been exceptionally responsive and proactive in assisting our family in planning a vacation post-Covid. Originally we had worked with her to arrange a trip to Cuba in April 2020, but that had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. Carolyn was instrumental in keeping us informed on refund options and worked with the vacation company to procure our refund. Upon lessening of travel restrictions, we looked at booking a trip in 2022 with our family of four, and we gladly contacted Carolyn again. We asked a TON of questions and she was always responding promptly with great information on resort options, not only in terms of cost and amenities, but also in terms of the ever-changing Covid protocols at various destinations. I genuinely felt that she took our needs and wishes for our vacation experience very very seriously. Our trip went off without a hitch, and the destination was exceptional.

Our Honeymoon

Carolyn planned our honeymoon this past spring, and I truly enjoyed working with Carolyn. She took care of every detail, which was extremely helpful while planning a wedding! Her attention to detail was amazing and her knowledge of the Disney parks was incredible! She helped with big choices (Fast Passes, hotel choices etc.) and provided us with all the paperwork & information we'd need. I cannot wait to go back to Disney and have Carolyn plan our trip!

Dream Get Away!

Carolyn was amazing to work with. I gave her the dates we were looking for, price range and a couple other things and she more than delivered. She found us a couple great deals and we were were so happy with our choice. Beautiful beach, fantastic food, great service and a beautiful resort made for a perfect time away!!! Carolyn not only helped us find a perfect resort but she booked our seats, made restaurant reservations for us, talked me through check in and so much more. It made vacation planning stress free!

Our experience with Carolyn was amazing. We planned our latest vacation with Carolyn several months ago. She was on top of planning every little detail and no matter what questions we had she was able to get an answer for us right away. Our vacation had an unexpected hiccup as the cruise ship we were on had a Norovirus outbreak which resulted in us having to return to port earlier then expected. With the sudden change of plans there would be an influx of people needing accomodations in the area and I knew we needed to get on top of making those arrangements as soon as possible. Because guests were being provided complimentary wi-fi for the remainder days on the cruise there was a significant slow down on the service provided to us. This made making any searched and plans from our cell phone with delayed wi-fi a huge challenge. THANKFULLY we had Carolyn that we could contact to take care of all the plans necessary for making the remainder of our vacation a wonderful experience.

Carolyn was so amazing to work with while we were planning our trip. Disney can be a beast to plan and prioritize and there is so much to know!! Even after doing probably hundreds of hours of reading and researching of my own, I still had so many questions for her, and she was always so gracious and helpful. If you are planning anything, but especially Disney, I hope that Carolyn has the chance to help you out. After we got home we had some things come up and she went above and beyond then as well. Even when there were times when we did things differently than she suggested she always made sure to remind us that it’s “our trip” and we should do things the way we want. So happy to have worked with her, and she is already working on our next (non-Disney) trip!!
