Carolyn exceeded all expectations. Travelling with someone in a wheelchair is a challenge in itself. I gave her what kind of experience we were looking for and type of accommodation we wanted and gave it over to her. I must say we couldn't have asked for a better time. The location was perfect. Any questions I had, she responded almost immediately. She made sure we had everything looked after. One bonus with booking through her was, she told us to book our stay immediately to make sure we got what we wanted. All I had to do was put down a $200 deposit with balance owing 30 days prior. We could cancel at anytime prior to the 30 days and get our deposit back. After that we would only lose our deposit. With the challenges were facing then with restrictions changing by day in travelling out of country, that sealed the deal for me. Thank you Carolyn!

Carolyn has been exceptionally responsive and proactive in assisting our family in planning a vacation post-Covid. Originally we had worked with her to arrange a trip to Cuba in April 2020, but that had to be cancelled due to the pandemic. Carolyn was instrumental in keeping us informed on refund options and worked with the vacation company to procure our refund. Upon lessening of travel restrictions, we looked at booking a trip in 2022 with our family of four, and we gladly contacted Carolyn again. We asked a TON of questions and she was always responding promptly with great information on resort options, not only in terms of cost and amenities, but also in terms of the ever-changing Covid protocols at various destinations. I genuinely felt that she took our needs and wishes for our vacation experience very very seriously. Our trip went off without a hitch, and the destination was exceptional.

A few weeks ago, my husband and I decided last minute that we were going to go away, and I found a place that we wanted to go to in Punta Cana. Not only did Carolyn do a great job booking (making our lives easier), but she did it while she was on vacation herself!! Our trip was amazing, it was hard to come home! Our experience with Carolyn was amazing. We planned our latest vacation with Carolyn several months ago. She was on top of planning every little detail and no matter what questions we had she was able to get an answer for us right away. Our vacation had an unexpected hiccup as the cruise ship we were on had a Norovirus outbreak which resulted in us having to return to port earlier then expected. With the sudden change of plans there would be an influx of people needing accomodations in the area and I knew we needed to get on top of making those arrangements as soon as possible. Because guests were being provided complimentary wi-fi for the remainder days on the cruise there was a significant slow down on the service provided to us. This made making any searched and plans from our cell phone with delayed wi-fi a huge challenge. THANKFULLY we had Carolyn that we could contact to take care of all the plans necessary for making the remainder of our vacation a wonderful experience.

Carolyn was so amazing to work with while we were planning our trip. Disney can be a beast to plan and prioritize and there is so much to know!! Even after doing probably hundreds of hours of reading and researching of my own, I still had so many questions for her, and she was always so gracious and helpful. If you are planning anything, but especially Disney, I hope that Carolyn has the chance to help you out. After we got home we had some things come up and she went above and beyond then as well. Even when there were times when we did things differently than she suggested she always made sure to remind us that it’s “our trip” and we should do things the way we want. So happy to have worked with her, and she is already working on our next (non-Disney) trip!!
