First Disneyland Trip

Carolyn was fantastic to work with while planning our vacation. She provided us with list of information and promptly answered any questions we had. There were some possible weather issues during our flight and she quickly looked into options for us if we had to change anything. We didn’t end up having to change anything but it was great to have that option all ready if we needed to. This trip was our first to Disneyland and Carolyn made it super easy to plan. We had a great time and can’t wait to experience Disney again. We will definitely be using Carolyn to plan our next trip!

Carolyn helped us plan our recent Disney trip. We had been working with her on planning a trip pre covid. She was great with helping us manage that cancellation and rebooking. Best Family Disney Trip Ever!

Carolyn was fantastic! Always willing and ready to help and met with us in person multiple times to answer questions we may have had and explain anything we needed to know. Carolyn booked the resort (3 preferred rooms adjacent on the 1st floor, crucial for sr. citizens in our party), tix and shuttles. She assisted with booking scooters and a food delivery service. She was extremely knowledgeable in all facets of planning from the resort, the APP; Genie +, Lightning Lanes, and how to travel (skyline, bus, monorail) w/ scooters. Carolyn walked us through setting up character meals and Disney extras and was always quick to answer questions we had regardless if they were via email, text, or call. Our trip had 11 including 4 children and 3 sr. citizens and I can say with certainty everybody had an amazing time and a big part of that was due to Carolyn. I would recommend Carolyn to anybody looking to book a Disney vacation and I look forward to working with her again on our next vacation.

Utilizing Caroline’s expertise was the best decision I made when beginning to plan for our Disney trip. The trip was going to be a first for our daughter so she wanted to make it spectacular. I cannot say enough about Carolyn's services! I've been to Disney many times and feel pretty knowledgeable, but she has all the up-to-date info on new restaurants, attractions, and sneaky ways to cut down wait times. She saved me a great deal of time by making all of our dining and Fast Pass reservations and was able to help me map out an itinerary so we could make the most of each day (while still factoring in some down time). She has a knack for taking each family member into account and designing the perfect trip. We can't wait to book with her again!
