Carolyn was fantastic! Always willing and ready to help and met with us in person multiple times to answer questions we may have had and explain anything we needed to know. Carolyn booked the resort (3 preferred rooms adjacent on the 1st floor, crucial for sr. citizens in our party), tix and shuttles. She assisted with booking scooters and a food delivery service. She was extremely knowledgeable in all facets of planning from the resort, the APP; Genie +, Lightning Lanes, and how to travel (skyline, bus, monorail) w/ scooters. Carolyn walked us through setting up character meals and Disney extras and was always quick to answer questions we had regardless if they were via email, text, or call. Our trip had 11 including 4 children and 3 sr. citizens and I can say with certainty everybody had an amazing time and a big part of that was due to Carolyn. I would recommend Carolyn to anybody looking to book a Disney vacation and I look forward to working with her again on our next vacation.
