Jackie took the stress out of planning a big trip with a large family! She gave great tips, brought up ideas that I had not thought of, answered questions throughout the planning process and actual vacation and followed up afterwards. Selected a great hotel to accomodate 9 people comfortably while staying within our budget. Very helpful in figuring out the best transportation while navigating parks, resorts, and airport drop offs and pick ups.

A family vacation we will never forget!

Jackie was wonderful helping me plan and book a family vacation for our family of 10. We stayed at the Iberostar Cozumel resort in 4 individual bungalows. We Booked the trip 10 months ago and then, at the last minute, one family member couldn’t go. It took a lot of finagling on Jackie’s part, but she never gave up and got the resort and flight reservations adjusted and a travel credit for us. I would highly recommend working with Jackie for a great vacation.

Jackie helped us book our very first Disney cruise! It was quite the journey due to the Pandemic. Our cruise was cancelled, then rescheduled, then shortened, and then all the additional hoops to go through to get on. Jackie did EVERYTHING for us. She took the time to educate us about the various parks, rides, restaurants, resorts, and transportation. Jackie was amazing! She asked a lot of questions to find out what we like to do on vacation and then gave us several suggestions that would be a good fit. She took the stress out of every aspect from choosing a destination to taking care of all the little details that are easily forgotten. And when we had airport issues (connection flight canceled) she was on it and got us on a new flight without us having to wait in the very long lines at the airport. I don’t think I’ll be planning a trip without her help ever again!

Jackie was a extremely helpful in booking our Disney Cruise!!! She was so very knowledgeable in regards to the travel process, ship details and overall process from start to finish!
We had to reschedule twice due to Covid!!! To say this was both frustrating and stressful is an understatement. Jackie was SOO VERY accommodating and patient! I may have lost my cool once or twice over the covid issues and she was able to help guide me through it so very professionally!
