Jackie took the stress out of planning a big trip with a large family! She gave great tips, brought up ideas that I had not thought of, answered questions throughout the planning process and actual vacation and followed up afterwards. Selected a great hotel to accomodate 9 people comfortably while staying within our budget. Very helpful in figuring out the best transportation while navigating parks, resorts, and airport drop offs and pick ups.

We Booked the trip 10 months ago and then, at the last minute, one family member couldn’t go. Jackie was amazing! She asked a lot of questions to find out what we like to do on vacation and then gave us several suggestions that would be a good fit. She took the stress out of every aspect from choosing a destination to taking care of all the little details that are easily forgotten. And when we had airport issues (connection flight canceled) she was on it and got us on a new flight without us having to wait in the very long lines at the airport.
