Jennifer was absolutely outstanding to work with in planning our Disney trip! From the minute we started planning with her she spent so much time making sure that our trip would be perfect. She helped us snag all of the advanced dining reservations that we were hoping for, helped us find a resort that was a perfect fit for our family, and coordinated so many small details and surprises along the way to make the trip special. Jen had so many insider tips and tricks to make the parks more fun - whether it was where to go first in the parks, what foods to try, or where to sit for the best view of the evening fireworks. She was always so available to help, and was available via text even during the trip to answer last minute questions. She even helped us get the first boarding group of the day for Rise of the Resistance! I was blown away but what an outstanding job she did, and can't recommend her enough to anyone planning a trip to Disney! She made our vacation the most magical trip ever!

Jennifer was so amazing helping us with our Disney World trip! She was always quick to respond to all of my questions, and if she didn’t have an immediate answer, she would find out. She gave us restaurant and ride advice to help us have our best trip possible. When I realized last minute (20 minutes before the reservation window opened) that was 5 year old was actually tall enough to ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, she was able to get us a boarding pass! She even managed to get ALL of our dining requests! She checked in with us throughout our trip and after, making us feel that she definitely cares that we have a great time.

We took a family trip to Disney World Fall of 2018, and it is one we will never forget! Jennifer helped make this trip everything we wanted it to be and more! She helped plan everything from where we stayed to where we ate, and where to spend our fast passes.. Jennifer checked in regularly with us and she would continue to tailor our itinerary and plans each day. I honestly can't imagine this trip being so amazing without Jennifer! From the moment I first spoke to Jennifer, I knew I was in excellent hands. Jennifer is organized, detailed, creative, passionate, and knowledgeable about all things Disney! She listened patiently to all of my questions and not only answered them in great detail, but followed up with extra notes and advice to ensure we made the right decisions as we went along. After placing a deposit, she remained in contact, was easily accessible, and emailed me ahead of key dates to ensure we didn’t miss out on anything. Once at Disney World, the TLC didn’t stop! Jennifer is the best and calmed my worries throughout the whole planning process. Jen works incredibly hard to make sure her client’s questions are answered and they have the best trip possible. All of her tips and suggestions that she offered helped make our trip better by having an experienced persons knowledge when making our choices, etc. Jen puts her clients as a top priority - even while on her own SB cruise she was messaging to make sure everything was going good for us and while she was in Hawaii she helped me with our online check-in when it wasn’t going smoothly. Jennifer is an amazing agent who goes above and beyond for her clients! She helped us make all our arrangements, checked in on us while we were there. She was even able to help us get some last minute switches in reservations, and when we arrived home and had lost something that we purchased, she even helped get me connected with Disney to find a replacement, and gave me an alternate way to use the item without needing the replacement! I can’t understand how excellent of a Disney vacation planner Jennifer is. She did everyone humanly possible to enhance and maximize our Disney trip. We had one day at magic kingdom prior to a 7 night Disney Cruise, and she was able to pull THIRTEEN fast passes for us. We literally went on every ride and didn’t wait in line. It was the best day at Disney we have ever had, all thanks to Jennifer. We will never use anyone else as long as she is planning Disney!

Our experience with Jennifer was outstanding from start to finish. She coordinated and planned our cruise on the Disney Wish with incredible attention to detail, making the entire process effortless for us.

If you’re looking for help to plan the best trip ever to Disney, look no further than Jennifer. She was able to help us make all our Disney dreams come true! The amount of knowledge she has on Disney is incredible and can tell you about every detail at every park down to the time of each ride. Most importantly she wants to ensure that the vacation revolves around your family and things that you want to see and brought up items we hadn’t known which she thought would interest our family. While ant the parks she even made sure we were updating our lightening lanes as soon as we checked into one so we could make the most of our passes and time there.
During our trip we had a sick little and Jennifer was there for us. She helped us find the right concierge numbers to call to ensure we got the medical help we needed. Even though she was on vacation as well she was still able to reschedule an entire day of reservations and planned activities we had scheduled to a new day so that we could share the magic as a family. It was incredible how well she was able to get our original schedule to match in such a short time frame and we cannot thank her enough for all her help.
When we go back to Disney we will be sure to give her a call.

Couldn’t have done it without her

I connected with Jen in June of 2025 to help plan a trip to Disney World for May of 2026 and it was by far the best decision I could have made for my trip. She was great answering questions every step of the way. When a conflict with our dates came up in September she helped us figure out a new plan. When my grandma was diagnosed with breast cancer in October she helped reassure me that this trip was still a good idea and helped me come up with plans for how to handle it affecting the trip. In January we had to move the trip dates to March and she quickly responded and got everything switched over. When we finally got on the trip she was still there to help out. My grandma unfortunately passed away on the first day of the trip so we spent the week making amazing memories for her. When we got the notification on our last night that our flight the next day was going to be canceled I did not have the emotional capacity to handle it. Reached out to Jen and she spent the next two hours on the phone with us getting the room reservation sorted out so we could stay the extra day which allowed us to spend our last day relaxing by the pool instead of stressed at the airport. I honestly don’t think this trip would have happened without Jen. She was there every step of the way through the good, the bad and the ugly. I genuinely can’t thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone looking for a Disney travel agent.

Awesome 3 Generation Trip!

My wife and I had considered taking our four grandchildren and both sets of parents with us for a Disney Cruise to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. But we had never been on a cruise before and we had no idea how to begin to plan. And that's, of course, where Jennifer came in. Jennifer "walked along" beside us every step of the way, from the beginning plans to the final docking at the home port. We had a LOT of questions, but she was very patient, answered every question, and offered some great advice! She was very responsive to quick questions (I remember texting back and forth close to midnight one time) and gave lots of encouragement. We had some mobility concerns, as well as some dietary restrictions, and she provided solutions to calm our fears. Even throughout the cruise she "checked in" on us to make sure that all was going well. Jennifer at Love the Mouse Travel is a wonder ?? my daughter and her husband camp at Fort Wilderness every year for a month between Thanksgiving and Christmas. They invited me down to visit this year for about six days. Jennifer found me TWO deals and promos which saved me a ton of $ on my cabin and park tickets, plus she made sure I had a cabin as close to my daughter as possible, which was super helpful for our golf cart trips ???? Jennifer has helped us book several Disney vacations and I'm always so thankful for her assistance. On our most recent vacation she quickly put together several options for me to take my 4 kids to Disney World in early November for 5 nights and 4 park days. As I was about to finalize our plans, my husband decided to join us. Jen didn't flinch and quickly presented the cheapest options for our large family. She talked me through the best options for saving money and helped me evaluate if we should opt in for a dining package. As our trip approached she kept a close eye on upcoming deadlines, reviewed our reservations to ensure we were getting the best deals and that we were prepared to book experiences when the booking window opened. She is always patient, answering questions and helping to reassure me that everything is covered. Traveling as a family of 6 often makes me anxious and it helps to know Jen has all the bases covered, is there to make sure everything runs smoothly, and can answer all of my questions. We have followed her advice for navigating airport security and park/ride strategy and love the car service we booked through her. She goes above and beyond to make sure our vacations are everything we dream they will be. During our most recent vacation, we celebrated our football loving son turning 12. We stayed at All Star Sports, in the football section, and I didn't pack a football! Jen saved the day by finding a delivery service that would have an inflated football waiting at the front desk to surprise my son when we returned from the park on his birthday. He was beyond thrilled!! Playing football on the turf with his Dad and brothers made his Disney birthday even more memorable! Amazing Vacation

Jennifer was SO amazing to work with. Her communication was constant, when we had questions she was very fast to respond.
We had a small hiccup (we forgot luggage tags) and realized that at the airport. She put our minds at ease immediately and informed us how to handle the situation for our cruise. It ended up being no problem at all and we had the best time!

Gosh- where do I start? This is our third trip with Jen. She hasn’t disappointed once. The trips just keep getting better. She knows all the ins and outs of Disney and has never once not had an answer for any question. Not only that but she is so very responsive and always willing to help answer any last minute questions QUICKLY. Our family did our first Disney trip without Jen’s help prior to Jen starting her planning business and it felt night and day from the trips we’ve booked with Jen. We were able to take our 9 year old son on his first trip AND travel with friends and their kids and we made memories that will last a lifetime! From start to finish Jen made it easy on us. Magical first cruise!

Jennifer has been our WDW travel agent (our kids know her as our “magic lady”) for a few years, but this was our first Disney cruise and Jennifer was again indispensable helping us plan the trip. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and honesty are second to none. She takes care of the complicated planning stuff so we could just take it all in and relax. Our girls were delighted (and the adults had a great time too). Jennifer was always happy to answer our questions, before, during, and after the cruise. This is the second time booking a cruise through Jen and she was a big reason why our cruise experience was incredibly enjoyable once again. She took the lead in booking our reservations, explaining the different options, canceling one room b/c my parents couldn't make it, and then swapping out one individual for another individual 2 days before the cruise. On the cruise, she texted us to check in with us, we asked her questions while on board with quick replies. She has the Disney enthusiasm and knowledge that makes it easy on us to choose Disney for our family vacations. We recently took our 4 year old and 7 year old on their first Disney Cruise! Being 4 and 7, we were concerned about the logistics of airfare, accommodations, and safe travel to and from the port. My cousin referred us to Jennifer Buck who they had used for previous trips. Jen was exceptionally helpful guiding us through all of the tips and tricks she has picked up in her 20+ years of experience with travel and Disney specifically. We had seamless transfers via motor coach from the airport to the resort and from the sort to the port and back. Jennifer was fantastic from start, during, and finish of our trip! She would answer day or night, gave us great advise and was a key to our fun and the success of our trip! HUGE KUDOS TO HER! She gave us so many options for the resorts, the park options, meal plans (which we passed on), transportation, etc. Things have changed greatly with the Lightening Lanes and Magic Band+ options, so getting these details was so helpful. We did both of these and although it's more money - the Lightening Lanes were 100% worth every sent! Jennifer even helped us with these questions during our trip! Our resort was nice, Port Orleans - Riverside and we had a good room closer to the large pool as there is a ton of walking at the resort. We had a standard room that worked well for our stay. MUCH larger than the value resorts - we appreciated Jennifers recommendation on this as well. The service and food at the resort was ok, designed to feed large groups.

Our week vacation with our family of 11 to Disney World was an absolute blast. Jenn was the one who helped put all the pieces together before, during, and after the trip. Some specifics of Jenn's help: Before the trip, she gave recommendations/ suggestions without pressuring. During the trip, she helped us book Lightning Lanes we couldn't get on our own. And she even gave us tips for smooth travels home. A few of the things that stands out about Jenn was that she was always prompt in her replies. She also really helped cater to the wide range of wants we had (we traveled as a large group of 11). It is so key to have someone like Jenn to turn to rather than calling a customer service line. My family has been waiting years for a vacation and I wanted it to be special as some of my family members have serious medical issues. Jennifer took all the stress away from planning a magical family vacation for my family of 13. It was hard to get breakfast and dinner reservations for a group this big but Jennifer came through and got us everything we needed! She keeps in touch every step of the way. I received lots of information on everything available and tips for Disneyworld and Universal Studios. Jennifer found me a great package deal and then watched and got me another better package deal. This trip started off as a trip for my brother, father, and I since my dad had retired and enjoyed the trip we took him on to Universal Studios. She made the payments easy, answered questions anytime we had them and was just generally helpful always. She also provided notices if she was going to be away so never stressed if we didnt hear back from her because she was quick to respond as soon as she returned. We hit a bump in the road when my dad passed unexpectedly a month and a half before the trip. She gave us time to grieve and took immediate action when we were ready to fix our trip since we decided to still go. She is A++++ and would 100% work with her for future trips. She sets you up with magical extras you want to participate in and is always clear with her information she sends. Jennifer Buck was amazing to work with Straight From the beginning. She helped us determine the best dates to go to Disney World guidance on which resort to stay in and then proceeded to help book our Resort and help iron out the details to make it the best trip. She arranged for a double stroller to me at the resort for us so that we could easily navigate Disney World with our two children. She handled all of our reservations for meals that we had requested. Jen assisted my daughter's family and me in planning our recent trip to Disney World. We stayed at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort with our room located in between Old Port Royale and the Riviera Resort, offering us multiple options for meals while at the hotel and a rather short walk to the Skyline, which transported us to 2 of the 4 Disney parks. It worked out great for our families to have adjoining rooms. Per Jennifer's recommendation, we purchased Disney PhotoPass. That was probably the best value item of the trip!!! We chose not to purchase Genie+, enjoying each other's company and chatting as we stood in the lines for rides and shows. Thankfully, most of the estimated wait times were high. We searched out the Starbucks in every park and kicked off each morning with caffeine.
We had a fantastic trip! I would definitely recommend Jen to any friends who are thinking about going to Disney.

My 4 year old and I just returned from a 5 day trip to California to visit Disneyland and San Diego Zoo. Jen planned and booked everything for us and it was amazing. She recommended the closest airport to the parks which was small and significantly less busy that LAX, she booked our hotel, our park tickets, dinner reservations and could even get our zoo tickets. She was able to recommend the best day for each park and gave us a detailed list of what rides to visit first for less wait times, she even had a list of the best snacks/food in each park. Working with Jen made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable because I didn’t have to worry about anything, she was 5 steps ahead with everything.

I’m so thankful I found out about Jennifer Buck. She was with me from beginning to the end. She knows EVERYTHING Disney. This was the first time for us doing any bookings. She asked what I wanted and oh boy, did she deliver! She was able to get us in to BBB and immediately after that we went to breakfast in the castle (CRT). First Fantastic Cruise trip

She even tracked my passport & called me when the passport arrive at my house . With out of Jennifer’s help my passport wouldn’t arrive on time for our cruise . Our family had an amazing spring break trip to Disney World thanks to Jennifer! Planning our first trip there was intimidating but Jennifer simplified it by giving us great recommendations (hotel, dining, etc) to choose from and breaking the planning process down. Jennifer is amazing. Start to finish, she guided us through our first family trip to Disney World trip with expertise, enthusiasm, and kindness. We booked our trip on short notice (by Disney standards), and she kept pulling rabbits out of hats to make the experience magical for all of us. Our kids loved it, their grandmother loved it, and my husband and I loved it. I wasn't a "Disney person" before this trip, but now I am! Jennifer was so helpful throughout the whole planning process! She gave us all the options and suggested upgrades we might enjoy for all of the stays at both Universal and Disney. We didn't get the hotel we wanted but she kept checking to see if it opened up. She took care of booking all the tickets and would have even linked them in our accounts and booked our dining reservations if we had wanted her to. And when a hurricane came through while we were on our trip she reached out right away to help make sure we had what we needed and called our next hotel to help us get an early check in as we had a change of plans. I would definitely use her again for my next trip.

A Disney trip is not an easy trip to plan. From resort choices, to dining reservations, ticket options and add-ons, to transportation, etc, etc, there is just so much! Jennifer was with our party of 11 (3 families) every step of the way letting us know what needed to be done when and assisting with whatever she could. She answered all of our questions in a detailed and very timely manner and offered a lot of insider knowledge that made us SO glad that we involved her in our planning process. I especially appreciated her for making dining reservations for us and for being available for questions when we were in the parks. I will say, it felt a little strange to receive her valuable service while not actually paying her anything but that's what made it a no-brainer for us to reach out to her and we are so glad we did. Having someone that knows the Disney system and tricks was extremely helpful and helped make our trip wonderful. I shared with her what dining reservations we wanted and she made them happen!! She didn’t give up when getting our Thanksgiving Day choice looked impossible she was using her magic right up to the day before and made it happen. Jennifer helped me book us in the cue for the Remi ride while I made our genie+ reservations as an extra set of hands to make sure our day was perfect. We had the absolute best experience with Jennifer! She was beyond thorough in all aspects of booking our trip. We were traveling with a family of 12! So, having Jennifer was such a blessing. From booking our resort, booking our park passes, arranging transportation, helping with handicap scooter reservations, and figuring out dining and meals. The list goes on. She provided all the options for us to best decide what worked best for our family. Not to mention all the tips, tricks, hacks, and insider secrets she provides to make your trip go flawlessly! I mean, like I said, a family of 12 and our trip was amazing. Jennifer was also very helpful when we were on site as well. A magical Disney vacation

We took a family trip to Disney World Fall of 2018, and it is one we will never forget! Jennifer helped make this trip everything we wanted it to be and more! She helped plan everything from where we stayed to where we ate, and where to spend our fast passes.. Adults take on Disney

We didn't allow for much time to plan our Disney trip, we decided to go pretty last minute! Jennifer was extremely involved and helpful through the entire process, and gave us all the recommendations we needed. The trip would not have been the same at all had she not been included in the planning process.
Once we arrived at Disney, she was always readily available to help with any hotel needs, Fast Passes, and anything in-between. Our days at the park were the greatest because we were crazy organized with the Fast Passes and we hit all the rides we could have imagined.
This was an adult Disney trip, and we now keep saying we all want to go back because of how amazing the experience was and how helpful it was to have Jennifer to make everything run smoothly.
