Jennifer was so amazing helping us with our Disney World trip! She was always quick to respond to all of my questions, and if she didn’t have an immediate answer, she would find out. She gave us restaurant and ride advice to help us have our best trip possible. When I realized last minute (20 minutes before the reservation window opened) that was 5 year old was actually tall enough to ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, she was able to get us a boarding pass! A Disney Cruise vacation is always great, but Jennifer made the magic happen on this cruise! Be it from helping us get ticketed events we didn’t realize were available, dinning reservations and times, and putting in LOTS of notes about things like Birthdays and our anniversary. Our week vacation with our family of 11 to Disney World was an absolute blast. Jenn was the one who helped put all the pieces together before, during, and after the trip. Some specifics of Jenn's help: Before the trip, she gave recommendations/ suggestions without pressuring. During the trip, she helped us book Lightning Lanes we couldn't get on our own. And she even gave us tips for smooth travels home. A few of the things that stands out about Jenn was that she was always prompt in her replies. Jen assisted my daughter's family and me in planning our recent trip to Disney World. We stayed at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort with our room located in between Old Port Royale and the Riviera Resort, offering us multiple options for meals while at the hotel and a rather short walk to the Skyline, which transported us to 2 of the 4 Disney parks. It worked out great for our families to have adjoining rooms. Per Jennifer's recommendation, we purchased Disney PhotoPass. That was probably the best value item of the trip!!! We chose not to purchase Genie+, enjoying each other's company and chatting as we stood in the lines for rides and shows. Thankfully, most of the estimated wait times were high. We searched out the Starbucks in every park and kicked off each morning with caffeine.

My 4 year old and I just returned from a 5 day trip to California to visit Disneyland and San Diego Zoo. Jen planned and booked everything for us and it was amazing. Jennifer went out of her way to help expedite my passport . She contacted all the MI congressmen’s offices & enormous phone calls . She even tracked my passport & called me when the passport arrive at my house . With out of Jennifer’s help my passport wouldn’t arrive on time for our cruise . After the cruise .. we forgot one of luggage at the terminal. And Jenn help us again to file paper work and Disney did located our missing luggage. Jenn love what she does . You can tell she wants her clients to have a perfect trip. It was our 1st cruise & we so grateful that Jenn was our travel agent . We were been so spoiled by Jenn. We would like to have another cruise & we want Jen to be our travel agent . Our kids said Ms. Jenn will be their travel agent when they have their own families :)

Our family had an amazing spring break trip to Disney World thanks to Jennifer! Planning our first trip there was intimidating but Jennifer simplified it by giving us great recommendations (hotel, dining, etc) to choose from and breaking the planning process down. She was also super responsive to questions and requests. While we were there, we used the ride recommendation guides she provided at every park.

Jennifer was so helpful throughout the whole planning process! She gave us all the options and suggested upgrades we might enjoy for all of the stays at both Universal and Disney. We didn't get the hotel we wanted but she kept checking to see if it opened up. She took care of booking all the tickets and would have even linked them in our accounts and booked our dining reservations if we had wanted her to. And when a hurricane came through while we were on our trip she reached out right away to help make sure we had what we needed and called our next hotel to help us get an early check in as we had a change of plans.
