Fort Lauderdale, get ready. In November 2021, Royal Caribbean’s brand new ship, Odyssey of the Seas®, will show you just how far adventure can take you. As the first Quantum Ultra Class cruise ship to sail in the U.S., Odyssey of the Seas is bursting with exciting experiences that are brand new to the Royal Caribbean family.

Max Out the Fun

Throughout various 6- and 8-night itineraries to the eastern, western and southern Caribbean — many of which will spend long, unforgettable stays at Perfect Day at CocoCay, Royal Caribbean’s private destination playground — you will be able to take playtime to the next level, soak up the sun on newly-designed pool decks and dig in to delicious dining from around the world. Start taking notes now, because here’s what’s in store for you when you step foot on Odyssey of the Seas.

Plenty of action on deck with FlowRider® and RipCord®

Big Thrills & Fun Spills

Warning: your hair is going to get messed up on this ship’s epic onboard adventures. Whether you’re bouncing around on Sky Pad®, its gravity-defying bungee trampoline experience; feeling the exhilaration of freefall on the RipCord® by iFLY® skydiving simulator; or trying your best to hang 10 while surfing on 30,000 gallons of rushing waves on FlowRider®, there’s a near certainty that your perfectly coiffed hair-do will need some touching up afterward. And it will be well worth it!

There's space for everyone on the resort-style pool deck

Pools a Plenty

The best way to explore the Caribbean is going in with a total “just dive in” mindset. You can start the process onboard Odyssey of the Seas, diving in to its two, massive resort-style pools fringed with swaying hammocks that will quickly dry you off with sweet ocean breezes. To get the full pool scene though, you’ll need to rise 300 feet above it in North Star®, Royal Caribbean’s signature observation capsule. And for those who prefer serenity over sun, the Solarium’s peaceful swimming pools and whirlpools with ocean views give you tranquility for days … and nights.

Catch the big game at Playmakers Sports Bar & Arcade

Family Favorites

It’s hard to use the phrase “family favorite” to describe any one experience onboard Odyssey of the Seas, for the entire ship is bow-to-stern stocked with activities families adore. Like the SeaPlex®, the largest indoor activity space at sea. It needs to be large, since it houses thrills like bumper cars, glow-in-the-dark laser tag and PlaymakersSM Sports Bar & Arcade. Add in spaces designed for every age group — like fun-soaked Splashaway BaySM aqua park for the little ones and Social133 for teens — and you have a family vacay everyone will love.

Relax and indulge at Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar

Eats & Treats

Royal Caribbean made sure to include fan-favorite restaurants across Odyssey of the Seas, making it easy to grab hand-rolled sushi at Izumi, Far East fare with flair at Teppanyaki and classic Italian favorites at the new Giovanni’s? Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar. And thanks to grab-and-go tacos and burritos at El Loco Fresh®, slices of authentic New York Style pizza at Sorrento’s and self-serve delights at Windjammer, kids are especially easy to please onboard.

Grab a poolside cocktail at The Lime and Coconut

Bars & Nightlife

When the sun goes down, the fun turns up. With aerialists and acrobats setting the mood at Two70®, island vibes pouring off the stage at The Lime and CoconutSM, live bands rocking out at the Music Hall and big games to both watch and play at PlaymakersSM Sports Bar & Arcade, your nights onboard can easily last long into the early hours.
