For children and teens who seem to have an endless supply of energy, the Thrill Island neighborhood will be their favorite spot. Here they’ll find the six twisting, turning, record-breaking slides of Category 6, the largest waterpark at sea, along with the 40-foot Adrenaline PeakSM rock-climbing wall, the Lost DunesSM mini-golf course, the classic FlowRider® surf simulator, the Crown’s EdgeSM ropes-course challenge, a basketball court and ping-pong tables. And when they get hungry, they can grab a tasty lunch at BasecampSM and an over-the-top treat at DessertedSM Milkshake Bar.

Or strap on your sensors for a glow-in-the-dark laser tag battle in Absolute ZeroSM, the largest ice-skating arena at sea.

Every Royal Caribbean ship features kids clubs at no additional charge, and Icon of the Seas is no different. The award-winning youth program for kids from 6 months to 12 years old, Adventure Ocean®, packs more adventure into dedicated spaces day and night. There’s also a hidden Social020 teen space, the Hangout for gamers and AO Babies for the wee ones, home to the AO Theatre for magical Storytime. Of course, with the kids happily engaged, the adults can enjoy a special date night at any of the 15 bars and entertainment venues on board. This two-bedroom, three-level suite sleeps up to eight, but there won’t be a lot of sleeping going on thanks to all the included features.
