This fresh fish program promises locally sourced ingredients and destination-inspired menus bursting with fresh flavors. Helming the program is their Fresh Fish Ambassador, Chef Masaharu Morimoto. You’ll be able to find Chef Morimoto’s handiwork featured prominently in the main dining room — with decadent dishes such as fresh cod yuzu with yogurt miso pickle vegetables, Morimoto epice lobster tails with lemon foam and fresh halibut XO with Asian vegetables — as well as the Morimoto by Sea pop-up experience serving a menu’s worth of artfully presented dishes and beverages.
