VACATION ASSURANCE
In an industry first, Sandals offers a comprehensive vacation protection program, Vacation Assurance, to protect your all-inclusive package with a free replacement vacation (including airfare) for travel interruptions related to the pandemic. Get the Sandals and Beaches Vacation Assurance Protection at no additional charge on all current and new reservations made through December 31, 2021, for travel until December 31, 2022. With travelers hesitant to book their overseas vacations because of pandemic concerns, Sandals has removed worry from the equation so guests can feel confident from booking to departure. If illness strikes while at a Sandals resort, you can stay for an additional 14 days at no additional cost to you.
*Note about Sandals Resorts Resort Exchange Program: Sandals Resorts are located in various Caribbean jurisdictions, some of which have responded to the global pandemic (COVID-19) by promulgating local restrictions on visitors or resorts. Sandals cannot guarantee that guests will be permitted to visit a different resort during their stay. The resort exchange program is (a) contingent on, and subject to, all applicable government restrictions, including those that limit guests’ ability to travel between properties or affect our resorts’ ability to safely transfer guests between properties or be open and operational; and (b) void where prohibited or in Sandals’ judgment rendered impractical due to local restrictions or the pandemic.
Starting June 7, 2021, fully vaccinated guests in St. Lucia will be allowed to leave the resort on the guest shuttle that will be provided between the resorts. Due to curfew restrictions, the shuttle will operate from 12 noon to 7:30pm daily and will have a capacity of 14 passengers per trip. All other guests will follow the present protocols that are in place and remain in the resort.
