If you are dreaming of stepping into the world of Harry Potter and join the adventure in Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade I highly recommend a trip to Universal Orlando Resorts. It is truly amazing when you walk into Universal's Diagon Alley or Hogsmeade. You really feel as though you have just walked into the movie and Hermonie, Ron, or Harry himself might just walk around the corner at any moment.
I love the world that J.K. Rowling created and shared with all of us in the Harry Potter series. I have read and re-read all the books with my children multiple times. We have watched the movies and enjoyed this world together. But when my children first walked into Universal's Wizarding World of Harry Potter they were amazed and awed. This was one of those moments that I will cherish and remember forever.
Of course Universal has so much more to offer from some of the most amazing roller coasters and rides to fabulous food. Universal has six fabulous resorts all in close proximity to the 3 parks, Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay, their water park. There is also Universal's City walk with wonderful entertainment, including the Blue Man Group, and amazing dining options.
I love planning family vacations and creating memories that you and your family will cherish for a lifetime. Eustacia was helpful and very knowledgeable. She provided advice and walked through every step of the booking process with me. I didn't know about all the options and bookings required to get the most out of Disney. The few things I knew I wanted she organized then provided me with lots of information to make the other choices. Her knowledge of Disney is amazing - from rides to skip to those with fun lines and the best way to meet characters.
Eustacia was particularly great about my daughter's allergies and ensured we had a great, fun safe trip enjoying all the food. Her hotel suggestion was perfect and the room was great for our family of 5 (a hard size to often get a room for).
Also when asked Eustacia found a great deal to add on 2 days at Universal and the wonderful resort to complete our Fun park adventure. She made the trip a wonderful once-in-a-lifetime family adventure.

Incredibly thorough and customized planning

I am a frequent traveler and comfortable with exploring many options when traveling. However, when it came to Disney, I was for the first time overwhelmed -- so many options available in the limited amount of time we had. Thankfully, Eustacia helped me and she really saved our trip.While we were planning, Eustacia got to know our wants and wish list for our family. She incorporated these wants along with her expertise and planned out our Disney trip in a way that was way more than I could have done on my own. She saved me so many ways in planning on the trip - time in planning and optimized time while there and she saved me stress from overwhelming choices and having a plan while there. In the end, we were gifted with a trip that was above and beyond what I could have ever dreamed of.

The whole family loved Disneyland!

Eustacia is the best... easy to work with, accommodating, and listens to what you are thinking about for your family vacation! I honestly was somewhat dreading taking the kids to Disney (lines, crowds of people, etc.) - but we ALL ended up loving it and having a great time. It was a perfect balance between nostaglia for the parents and new discoveries with the kids. Eustacia helped us understand the different options available to try to avoid the long lines and make the most of the few days that we had there.We planned it as a surprise for the kids and Eustacia was great at working with us on that (plus we arrived on my son's birthday and Eustacia made sure there was a special surprise for him)!
It was well worth it to work with Eustacia instead of trying to plan this vacation on our own. All we had to do was travel and enjoy it! It was perfect.

A trip of a lifetime

Eustacia planned an utterly amazing trip for our family. It was so well organized from start to finish. All our documents and reservations were in order and easy to follow. We were able to really relax and fully immerse ourselves in enjoying the country and the company because all details were taken care of for us. Eustacia was a joy to work with and an absolute life saver. When we had an issue checking in for one of our flights she took care of it for us. From the outset we knew we were in great hand and each step of the trip confirmed this for us. The cookies waiting for us at the final hotel were just one of the many thoughtful details she incorporated into our vacation. I can not recommend Eustacia enough!

Fabulous Viking River Cruise

Greetings, senior travelers. I am someone who loves being with people, seeing new places and enjoying new experiences. 25 years ago I was able to go on a mission trip to Malawi, Africa. Now we are retired with time to travel. But, being in the 70’s age range of our life, we find our minds and bodies are not in the 20’s to 60’s mode any more. Well, we still want to travel and Eustacia made that possible and gave us the confidence to step out and see the world. She is so organized, efficient and knowledgeable that traveling with her expertise is once again finding us out there discovering our beautiful world. She is able to put us at ease and make us feel comfortable in our traveling situations. Even the little thoughtful things, like answering all of our questions (sometimes repeat questions) with a warm smile, and putting together a travel kit with a binder giving us day by day information on what we need to know. She goes above and beyond, and it is such a pleasure to work with her.

Fantastic trip to Disney and Universal

Eustacia was a pleasure to work with. She presented our party of ten with options at different price points and guided us through many decisions: hotels, transport to Universal, meal plan... She handled meal and fast pass reservations. She shared her knowledge about how to ride the most popular rides we didn't have fast passes for. I truly understood how lucky we were to be working with her when we had back-to-back snowstorms in Boston and encountered a major flight delay on our way to Orlando. Eustacia kept in touch with us by text and was able to cancel our dinner reservations without penalty and notified the hotel and transport service. She worked up until the night before to get us breakfast reservations to Be Our Guest in the Magic Kingdom before the park opened, which saved us a lot of time in line. Thanks to her advice, we hardly spent any time in line at all. This meant waking up very early, but it was totally worth it! I recommend Eustacia wholeheartedly.

Stress-free Disney

While I'm not generally daunted by trip planning, the first few chapters of the Unofficial Guide to Disney completely stressed me out. It was clear that Disney was an experience that could either be wonderful (with lots of research and planning) or involve tons of waiting in lines. I received a recommendation from a coworker to call Eustacia, and I am so glad I did. She handled the finicky reservation system, understood just what we needed in hotels and restaurants (meals for ten people are tough!), and had tons of tips and tricks to make things easy. She was there for us at every step, and I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out.

Our Disney Extravaganza!

Working with Eustacia on our Disney trip was the best experience! She helped us with every step of the process. She saved us so much time with planning. She handled the hotel selection and all the details & knew all the due dates so we never missed out on any deadlines. She arranged for our wristbands, fast passes, and not only gave us the lists of rides to choose from but included details about scary things for our 5 year old and insider insight. It was the extra details which helped us alot. She made all our dinner reservations and character meals so we got to see every character we wanted w/out having to wait in line! Eustacia planned our trip down to the dotted "i"'s and crossed "t"'s! This is a person who will take an interest in your travel plans as if she were planning it for her own family. Her level of detail in delivering a travel plan, providing additional ideas, and insight were unmatched! We had zero problems for a perfect 2-week getaway. All of the arrangements were spelled out for us (sometimes more than once) and the entire trip fell like perfectly aligned dominoes. Would we use her again? A better question is when do we get to use her services again? You can't go wrong here! If you're looking for an agent who treats you like a member of her own family, you've certainly found her!

Smooth sailing on the Danube

From start to finish, Eustacia guided us in planning each step of our very first Viking river cruise. She carefully went over the financial aspects of the trip, the best travel insurance for our needs, and even gave suggestions as to what type of clothing would be appropriate on the ship. She went above and beyond by sending us a personalized booklet, with a page detailing our itinerary for each day of the journey. It became our "go-to" reference as we traveled. Knowing that we were "technologically challenged", Eustacia emailed us our boarding passes to make life at the airport easier. She is personable, patient, and efficient...all wonderful qualities. Best of all, Eustacia loves to travel herself and her goal is to make you, the client, in love with travel as well. She's a natural!

Me and my family travelled to India and Japan this past summer and when we started planning we were overwhelmed with the distance and complexities that this trip involved. We cannot thank Eustacia enough for making the whole process so smooth and hassle free, from multiple international flight booking for the 4 of us to the hotel reservations, it was all flawless. She listens to all your requests and works with all your personal requirements. We were traveling with 2 kids so she made sure she kept the flight timings and seat locations in accordance. She is a travel agent for life for us, definitely a keeper. Planning a trip to the Disney parks can be an overwhelming task, but Eustacia made it easy for us. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything in each of the parks - the rides, fast passes, shows, character meet and greets, accommodations, ticket options, and meal plans. After discussing our interests and the many deals offered through Disney, she made all the reservations and planned a schedule that would best meet our needs. She then provided us with a unique booklet based on our particular vacation plans with all the information about travel arrangements, reservations, schedule of activities and fast passes. This was extremely helpful as our travel plans were organized and readily available during the trip. Eustacia’s guidance and recommendations were invaluable in providing our family with a memorable vacation at Disney. I highly recommend her if you want to experience all that the Disney parks have to offer!
