I come to The Villages Travel and Tour with 12 years experience in the travel industry, as well as, 27 years in customer services, operations, and management. I specialize in cruise and group travel and earned my Cruise Line International (CLIA) Accredited Cruise Counsellor certification. I have escorted numerous groups including graduation celebrations, church groups, clubs, and family & friends. I have sailed on over 45 cruises with all major cruise lines visiting the Caribbean, Alaska, Hawaii, New England & Canada, and California. In addition, my experience lends to all-inclusive trips and wedding planning. Always helpful, always available, chose trip b/c it offered depot to depot escort. Having Loretta on the ship provided a better level of service that we used to ask questions and receive info about shipboard activities and provided us with info on our one off-ship excursion.

Best Booking Experience EVER!

Loretta was so knowledgeable and she made sure we had everything booked that day - she even stayed at work late to make sure it was done! We had a total of 11 adults to book and then 4 children and all were hoping to be near each other on the ship. She did an outstanding job and I would refer anyone I know to Loretta.
