Overall well planned and all our hotels that were recommended were great. Most things went smoothly. We do wish she/we would have asked a few more questions to make sure the cruiseline we chosewas right for us since we had never been on one. It was a much older average age and we would not have done as many excursions through the ship. Due to a airline strike we had a flight cancelled. When contacting the agency Liz was out but her co-workers worked to get it all resolved for us.

We got on line and looked for an agent from Travel Leaders that specialized in Ireland. That was Liz. She picked up on the first ring, "Interviewed"/chatted with us on our travel goals and what type of travelers we were, and put together a PERFECT game plan for us. She booked every detail of our trip and sent an organized detailed packet to our house. She planned our flights, special events, private transfers at the airports and train station, hop-on/hop-off busses, great hotels in PERFECT locations--she did it all.
The week in Ireland, with one night in Dublin, five B & Bs and one castle, we cannot recommend more. The 4 days in Edinburgh were in a perfect location (another must). The three days in the hotel in London were by the theatre district and the action. This was a trip of a lifetime and we are not just saying it!
When we tell our friends the cost, they all think it was the price for one of us, not BOTH of us!!

Liz did a great job finding river cruise options for us. We didn't start looking until fairly late and there wasn't much left. Liz found a couple options and was patient as we did our research into what would be best for us. She also locked them up until we had decided so we wouldn't lose them.
