Fabulous Danube River Cruise

Heidi booked us a trip on an AmaWaterways river cruise for the Christmas markets along the Danube to celebrate our 20th anniversary. I had heard of low water levels on the Danube. We received several e-mails from her informing us of the potential changes to the itinerary. These kept us informed of what was going on and helped us to make our final decision on whether to go or not. Leading up to our trip she would reach out to us to see if we had any questions or concerns. She always wanted to make sure we knew what was happening and that there were no issues. We still went and had a fabulous time. Heidi arranged for us to eat dinner one night at the Chef's table which offered unparalleled service and food. After we returned home we received a letter and small gift from her thanking us for booking with her and to keep her in mind when we traveled again. We will and plan to book future trips with her.

Heidi was a pleasure to work worth. From the very first day 9 months prior to our vacation she was right on. We weren't sure exactly were we wanted to go in the Caribbean but we knew we wanted somewhere special to celebrate our marriage of 30 years. We decided Sandals Grande Antigua, an all inclusive couples resort was the place for us!! Heidi was with us every step of the way! We received spa credit for a couples massage that was delightful. She suggested that we may want to "Retie the Knot" which I am so grateful we took the opportunity to do. It was a lovely ceremony, a memory we will cherish forever! We felt well informed about the resort from attire to restaurants, all inclusive water sports etc. If you are looking for a travel agent that cares about your needs Heidi is the one for you!! We will definitely book our next vacation with her.

Work with Heidi, and your travel planning woes are over! Oftentimes, organizing a family trip for a group with different tastes, ages, and interests makes you need a vacation by the time it's all over. Not so with Heidi at the helm planning our Baltic Cruise. Quick to respond with industry knowledge to guide our choices, Heidi ensured we received outstanding value every step of the way. She found airfares with outstanding savings and a convenient and beautiful hotel, prior to the cruise. She helped us board from two different ports (coming from two different states), eased the challenge of shore excursion decision making for less experienced travelers in the family (that would ordinarily fall to me), and took the initiative to book complimentary entertainment at the time of our booking before it filled up. When we are ready to travel again as a family, we will call Heidi for her exceptional service, remarkable responsiveness, and great kindness.

Heidi is a phenomenal and empathetic agent to work with. I recommend her to all of my friends, and my family and I will be planning our next vacation with her. Heidi helped us curate a vacation that allowed my family to focus on what is most important, spending time with each other. After discussing the main attractions we wanted to see, and goals for our trip, Heidi organized an itinerary where our only concern was showing up and having fun. Heidi also took the extra step to share her inside knowledge of how to make the most of our Disney experience. She taught us how to take full advantage of the Fast Pass system, how to make use of Disney's app, and the steps needed to ride the newest Star Wars attraction.

Hawaii for every age

I kept seeing ads for Disney Hawaii and I called Heidi to plan an amazing week for my grand daughter and myself. She booked a Ko'Olina Beach club in Kapolei about 20 min from Honolulu which suited me and we could take a short walk over to the Disney one. I like this area because not so much traffic as a city but close to see Pearl Harbor. Loved going to a small rural Catholic church where native Hawaiians sang so beautifully. Not everyone in Hawaii is rich but their spirit impressed me. We also had a breakfast away from resorts where the locals stop which was fun. Within a short,easy walk there was a "mall" with free hula dancers and musicians which made for an inexpensive evening out. Thank you Heidi

Australia to New Zealand luxury Regent Cruise

Heidi helped us pick out a Regent Cruise in Australia and New Zealand and it was wonderful. She also booked our air, added on a week at the Great Barrier Reef (in a perfect location hotel where we could walk to everything), booked tours for us so we could see the best of Australia and New Zealand. She's great! She also kept us constantly updated on the wildfires and how that would affect our trip. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything because Heidi worries for you.

Agent who goes above and beyond

When we decided to take a river cruise everyone said you need to book through a travel agent. I interviewed a few based on reviews and felt really comfortable with Heidi. She explained the differences in lines, got us several quotes and in the end got us a great deal with Ama Waterways. This was a year ago and we were supposed to travel next month. Due to the pandemic the cruise was cancelled. But Heidi had given us a heads up so we were ready to re-book right away for next year. she pushed to get us a good rate and then when we had to change the direction we were traveling she got them to do it for the same price. I never for one second had any doubt she would get it done for us. And always with such a pleasant, can do attitude. We can't wait for our trip next year and are already thinking about future trips. We will absolutely be booking through Heidi again, I would give her 10 stars if I could.

Italy

Heidi had ideas that made the most of our time. She had a guide pick us up at the airport and do an amazing full day tour on the way to our hotel by the port for a cruise. Instead of just a travel day this wound up being one of our favorite parts of our vacation and we got to see a lot of Italy. Then at the end of our cruise she picked out this spectacular hotel in Tuscany that seemed right out of a movie. I'm so proud to recommend her.

I honestly was not one to work with a travel agent but a friend suggested I try. So I did and am so thankful. I didn't realize what I was missing out on. We would have gone and had a good vacation. But our favorite parts were all things we added on that Heidi suggested. She made our vacation something we will truly remember forever and took it up to the next level. Heidi got us day passes for a private beach club in the French Riviera (and a driver to bring us there and pick us up), private tours of quaint villages, restaurant reservations for the top restaurants in France, and resorts that were so luxurious and exclusive and fabulous.

A Fairy Tale Vacation!

Heidi was amazing! She was proactive with all information and details. We knew exactly what was going to happen and she had everything arranged that she promised. She was quick to answer every question and gave us personal attention to every detail. This was our first riverboat cruise, but thanks to Heidi's great service, it will not be our only one. We will contact her again for our next trip. We were with the Roanoke College group as guests but were able to choose which activities we did by ourselves or with the group. Getting to go to Budapest, which was not a part of our original itinerary, was a real treat. Even though water levels were low, the trip could have not been more enjoyable. A 10-day Fairy Tale! Excellent planning. All reservations were perfect and exactly what we wanted. While planning our trip all questions were answered quickly. Bucket List Trip!

Entire process working with Heidi for my bucket list trip to Finland was great. While I travel in the US several times a year this was only my 2nd time out of the country. Heidi helped me feel more comfortable knowing what documents I needed to travel and had some great tips for International travel. The hotel was a winter fairyland (I stayed in a glass igloo and saw the northern lights!) The activities that she scheduled for me were lots of fun - dog sledding, snowmobiling, even visiting Santa Claus. Finland is perfect for anyone who wants to see the northern lights. I plan to use Heidi for all of my future travels and highly recommend her as a travel agent.

Greatest help with our family cruise to the Baltic Sea area: from the planning stage thru to the travel to and from Berlin. She found an excellent air and hotel package for us; which saved us at least a thousand dollars! She just seemed to really enjoy helping people have the best trip they could have.

Don't hestitate, just email Heidi right now. She's amazing. She set us up with so many amazing experiences we never would have found on our own. The recommendations for resorts was fabulous. She knows what a luxury travel agent is and how to fulfill our dreams. Ask her about private tours. She has great contacts that took us into places we didn't even know we wanted to see that were incredible.

Perfect Trip for Christmas Market Experience

Heidi was great to have as a host. Every morning she would get up before everyone to get passes for the various excursions for the day to ensure that we were all in the same group (there was a group of about 20 of us traveling together). She booked several excursions and hotel stays outside of those offered by the river cruise line to accommodate a special request. She really went above and beyond what was necessary and expected. She made us feel special and that made the trip all that much better.

Working with Heidi was so easy and overall wonderful experience! We had never been to Disney before and had no clue what to do! Heidi helped us every step of the way and made it so effortless for us and made sure she had it all covered and was always there to answer any questions we had and made sure our trip was planned out in detail for us as well as sending a care package for our daughter, since it was her birthday and made sure we knew the best things to do and see!

Heidi was absolutely wonderful. We joined a river Christmas Market Alumni group tour up the Danube River from Vienna to Nuremburg a little late in the process. She bought us up to date on everything that was happening and due to happen makiing us feel comfortable with everything.. The Danube area was quite short of rain this year and there were many diversions from the original tour.. Heidi was on top of everything, keeping us up to date and making certain tht all of our needs were met. No one could have possibly done a better job . We had a perfectly wondrful time and we can't wait to book our next tour with her again. Hope it will be soon!
