For me, I felt the best part of working with Becca was her responsiveness. She always responded to my emails the same day. I think there was only one instance that she replied a day or two later but it wasn't regarding anything time-sensitive. Becca was easy to talk to and work with and was very friendly. She was professional, yet laid back and very accommodating when I had specific questions.
She provided all of the information we needed to make our trip easy. The travel documents she provided included all of the information we needed to get from home to our destination and back again without a hitch.
When I first came to Becca for help, I told her our budget and the time frame that we wanted to travel and within one day she provided me with a long list of options to choose from.
I chose to work with Travel Leaders because the travel agency in my town was too busy. Becca was quick to get me the information I needed and she made the whole process of booking our trip very

Becca was amazing she gave us lots of options, made sure we were happy with everything that she came up with, and worked through all the little hiccups that happened during the way. She stayed late at work and came in a extra day just to make sure that our trip was booked and ready to go. She answered all of our questions and made booking our trip super easy. I would recommend using her for all of your traveling needs, because she is willing to put in the time and effort and is very knowledgeable.

A magical time at a magical place!

Last October I popped into the Travel Leaders office and had the pleasure of a smiling Becca Jennings greet me with "Hi, what can I do for you today?". When I told her that our family of 8 adults and 6 children wanted to go to Disney World, she jumped right in with all sorts of ideas from places to stay to places to eat. Most of our family members have been to Disney World quite a few times but Becca was still a huge help in guiding us to a very memorable vacation. Later, she let us know that the Disney property we chose would be undergoing renovations in the food court. She offered to find us another Disney property if we wanted to switch, which we did. Becca also secured a few of the popular character meals for our group of 14 at decent dining times (not an easy thing to do!) She always kept me well informed on any timelines for shows and Fast Pass selections. No matter what type of question I asked her, Becca always was quick to respond either by email or phone. She was "magical"!

Becca does a great job and has been amazing to us! She has made suggestions that have helped us decide where our "once a year" splurge is going to be. We are so grateful for her special attention to detail and understanding when we are struggling to make up our minds. :) It's not easy to pick a resort in a different country. She listens to what we set as our budget and helps us plan accordingly. We just returned from Punta Cana and as we were sharing our vacation stories with a couple from Canada, they were expressing how unhappy they were with their arrangements. They told us they were going to be contacting their travel agent and had nothing good to say. As my husband and I walked away from them, I told him that I was so grateful that we have a good travel agency/agent to help us. We have always had everything go exactly as planned and how we wanted it. She even books our hotel room in the cities for the night prior to departure. Thank you! You are appreciated!!!

Very pleasant, easy to work with. Very prompt with documents, emails, etc.I believe she is fairly new as a travel agent so has not been to some of the resorts/ locations like the other agents, but still very helpful.

Becca was very helpful in booking our trip. She thought of things I did not, like booing a Park and Fly the night before we were scheduled to leave. All my inquiries were met with a prompt response so I could get it all taken care of in a short amount of time. We requested certain rooms at this resort, and that was accommodated. Becca was also very helpful when I was inquiring about a different location, answering truthfully why one resort was so much less expensive than another.
