I like to say I was born to be a travel planner. I don't remember a time in my life that I did not want to travel, and when I became a travel planner, I feel like I found my true calling in life. I like to say the devil is in the details and when it comes to travel. I love building trips that are seamless and hassle-free. I use my travel knowledge, training, supplier connections, and concierge level service to build luxury one of a kind vacation.
More about me ...I am invested in every trip I build and it's my goal to make sure you have an AMAZING trip and that you create memories that you will look back on fondly for the rest of your life when I am not planning travel,l I can be found spending time with my family in Texas, going to Ranger games with my husband, and in my garden. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two great kids Kayden and Hope.

I never had a travel planner before. I usually like to be in control. But several years ago life changed & I had so much on my plate I relinquished my planning duties to Kristi! She asked me what I was looking for & then planned the ENTIRE trip for me! No having to search for flights, cars or restaurants. It was the BEST vacation I ever had. So naturally, I let her plan my next one. I had the same wonderful stress free vacation! In fact the day before our trip, I received a package from her with the details of flights, car rental, day to day plans all mapped out for me! No searching , printing or gathering all the info myself! I am now planning another trip & yes, I’ve handed it over to Kristi! I will NEVER do it myself again!

Kristi was highly organized, informative, and patient with my never ending question asking. She knew all the ins and outs of Disney and was able to easily pass on her knowledge to me. She planned everything and I barely lifted a finger. This was a nice change to our usual travel planning where I do all the work. She made reservations, rented our stroller, and even helped me set up my Disney app. There is nothing she wasn't willing to do to make this trip a breeze to plan. I can't wait to travel again just to be able to work with her again.

We recently came home from an incredible Disney World experience planned by Kristi! Our crew was made up of three grandparents, two parents, and three children (ages 5, 7, and 11) and she did a fantastic job of setting it up for all eight of us to have the best trip ever. Disney World is a LOT, but Kristi did a great job of helping us prioritize what was right for us, snagging the perfect fast passes and dinner reservations, helping us understand it all, and keeping up with us every step of the way. We did every single thing we wanted to do, and Kristi's planning always had us in the right area at the right time. When I asked my five-year-old daughter whether Disney was different than she thought it would be, she told me: "I didn't think Disney was really going to be magic... but it was!" Thanks to Kristi's great planning, this was for sure a trip of a lifetime. We look forward to using her services on future vacations!

Kristi was always available and responded to any email within 24 hours but mostly less than 12 hours, even on weekends and holidays which was over and beyond what should be expected. We added on days at the last minute and even another park day and she was able to get all of that taken care of and sent over a trip itinerary before our trip so I had everything nice and neat. Great family trip!

Kristi is EXTREMELY patient, knowledgeable, and flexible. My trips tend to start with an idea and begin to unfold with Kristi’s help. I know that can be a tedious process for an agent, but Kristi is just so understanding and willing to help out. No question goes unanswered, no email left unchecked, no option is missed. Kristi was an outstanding travel agent! I had multiple different agents I could have worked with, but am SO happy I choose Kristi, for numerous reasons. She was patient and proactive in understanding the needs of me, and my family. Since this was our first family vacation, Kristi helped me narrow down a broad location, comp multiple resorts, options, and worked throughout the entire planning process (about four months) answering any questions or needs that I had. She was sure to check-in with me often, and really set my mind at ease. Before the trip, Kristi made sure I had all necessary paperwork and itineraries, checked in with me on arrival, and was the first one to welcome my family home. Kristi did exactly what was needed throughout my vacation planning - and took all the worry away so all I needed to do was show up with the family and enjoy our time away! It was overall an outstanding experience to work with Kristi, and I am so happy with our final choice!
