My work in travel started in 2014 with Disneyland Parks where I was a VIP Tour Hostess.  At Disneyland Parks, customer service and knowledge is paramount.  As a VIP Tour Hostess, those skills are refined to work with visiting dignitaries, celebrities, families, and business groups.  I provided detailed planning to suit the specific needs of each party I served, in addition to being their expert guide and personal concierge, ensuring a unique and unparalleled experience.

The skills I gained at Disney along with my personal passion for travel, history, and culture brought me to Refined Journeys in 2017, which has been a natural fit.   Apprenticing under veteran travel professionals with a wealth of knowledge along with my continued education in a variety of travel styles has provided me with the ability to be a professional travel consultant.

I of course enjoy sharing my extensive knowledge of Disney by planning trips to the Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World, and Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, as well as vacations with Disney Cruise Line and Adventures by Disney.  Having now also visited Hong Kong Disneyland, I have a personal goal to visit all Disney Parks.

Travel is ever-changing and continual education on different styles of travel and destinations is what sets us apart at Refined Journeys.  We travel ourselves to gain and offer first-hand destination knowledge.  In the 2 past years, I have visited Oahu, Puerto Vallarta, Calgary, Banff, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Disneyland, Montego Bay, Negril, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Yosemite, San Francisco, Washington DC, and toured cruise ships from Royal Caribbean International, Crystal Cruises, Princess Cruises, MSC Cruises, and Norwegian Cruise Line.  My honeymoon took me to Hong Kong, Bangkok and through Thailand on a Star Clippers tall sail ship.
