April was very helpful in setting up my family's trip to NYC for Christmas. She was very easy to work with and set up our car service to/from the airport, Broadway show tickets, and a Statue of Liberty tour. Everything she arranged worked out perfectly and we had a great time.

This was the first time I was going to Maui, and I told her what I wanted to do, and the budget I had to work within, and she put together an amazing package for my mother and I. Unfortunately, we ended up having to cancel our trip a week before leaving, and she was with us every step of the way, working with the insurance company to enter information, and was just so kind. She is really a first class agent AND human being! I will book my trips with her from now on, because I know I am in EXCELLENT hands with April, and as soon as we can, we will re-book our trip to Maui!
