Cynthia went above and beyond my expectations when planning my cruise and her knowledge of the ships and the best location to be was spot on. Also when our flight was delayed because of weather, she got on the phone and worked out things in Atlanta as well as Puerto Rico to make a bad situation not so bad! Love her!

Cynthia was a great asset helping my husband and I plan 3 separate trips. We have taken 2 of them and we are looking forward to flying out of BNA to Australia June 3rd. Been working with her for years.. international travel can be complicated but she's always made all of the arrangements with 100% accuracy. And even more than that, she has good relations with a lot of the resorts I go so during my stays i'm treated extremely well and often given upgraded privileges and status at the resort. Our recent experience at the Dreams resort in Tulum was a great example. All arrangements were spot on and she gives us a direct phone for her just in case there are any problems (there never has been one).
