Bethesda, Maryland Travel Agent
Leisure Travel Adviser
For years my friends told me that I had a talent for planning their trips and that I should be a travel agent. I laughed, thinking that travel agents had gone the way of the dinosaurs. How wrong I was! I started working as a travel agent in 2014 and have never looked back.
Working with a travel agent you can get insider tips and tricks, exclusive deals that aren't available to the general public, and an advocate who can work for you to make sure that your travel runs seamlessly and effortlessly.
My passion is finding the hidden stories that make a place unique. Whether learning about the history of the Hermitage in St. Petersburg or laying on a white sand beach in the Caribbean, I like to share the magic of each destination and help my clients breathe in the destination.
I see each trip as an opportunity to explore the globe and become more invested in becoming a citizen of the world. I truly believe that travel can change a person and by extension, can change the world.
My Travel Experiences
I recently had the opportunity to go to Harry Potter World Diagon Alley for an evening. I have to say, it was pretty cool. I grew up reading the Harry Potter books and waiting impatiently for the next one to come out. I am a book fan, less so the movies, but ... Read more from my Harry Potter World Diagon Alley story.
Absolutely GREAT trip!
The trip was fabulous in every way. All the drivers and guides we had were wonderful. We loved all the activities and the accommodations. Everything exceeded my expectations.
South America Vacation
I basically just told Ariel where I wanted to go and the dates I wanted, and she took care of the rest. I travel internationally for work all the time and usually have to figure out my own logistics, but that was never a concern on this trip. From the time we left home to the time we returned, I never even had to think about tickets, tour guides, where to eat, how to get from point A to point B, or what hotel we were staying at. At every step of the way, there was always someone there with a sign with my name waiting to take care of my wife and I.
Ariel always had private drivers and tour guides ready to go for us that were on time, extremely knowledgable, and very accommodating. The hotels were very nice, the restaurants were local and authentic (no tourist traps), and the sights were amazing.
