Natalie was very helpful & knowledgeable about Hawaii. What a traveler will get from Natalie is personal & friendly service. She was organized & followed through w/date deadlines regarding down payments, etc. She kept an eye on our airline reservations & when something came up about our seating, she called the airline immediately & corrected this. Her hotel recommendation was amazing not to mention her ideas on excursions! She helped us create memories of a lifetime!We had a couple of questions while we were there & I texted her. Natalie responded immediately (even though she was traveling out of the country at the time). That is what you call CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I would HIGHLY recommend Natalie to anyone considering a trip. I want to end by saying that we got home & received a call that Natalie wanted to stop by. She had a box of homemade truffles that she gave us as a THANK YOU! That's crazy kind. We should be the ones thanking her for planning a trip of a lifetime! Thank y

Natalie, was very helpful throughout the process. She checked in to make sure we were getting everything we needed too. Getting our girls to Hawaii for their graduation gift was something we were determined to make happen amidst all of the obstacles thrown our way throughout the planning. Such a JOY to work with Natalie! She's very informed and gave us lots of choices and ideas to explore once we arrived in Hawaii. I would HIGHLY recommend her for any trip or any need you may have! She helped us navigate COVID requirements., rebooked when the cruise cancelled, the. We decided to go on our own and she designed a FABULOUS trip with our budget!! She planned a 10 day, 3 island ( Oahu, Maui, and Kauai) trip. Everything was great! She is very good at what she does!

We have booked two trips with Natalie and both experiences were exceptional. In this trying pandemic atmosphere she was great help and is always available for questions. From booking flights to lodging everything was well organized and we were kept informed and she was very prompt in making changes. She is very knowledgeable and make sure you are comfortable with the arrangements. We felt more like friends than clients. I would highly recommend anyone to use her services.

She listened to what we wanted and went out of her way to make sure our experience was the best it could be. I had some flight connection problems due to weather. We called her and she alerted our cruise connection of our delay coming in. The most wonderful attitude of any person could have. We will definitely use her in the future.

I would highly recommend Natalie with Truffles and Travels. This was our family’s first time traveling to Hawaii and Natalie was so helpful in planning our trip. She sat down with us and listened to our interests and recommended where to stay and what excursions to do. Everything was perfect! The best part of working with Natalie was the great customer service. Our early morning flight out of Wichita was delayed and we missed our connecting flight. We called Natalie and she immediately was on the phone rescheduling our flights and notifying the hotel and others to re-book our excursions that we were missing due to the delay. If that wasn’t enough, Natalie went over and above working with the travelers insurance company to get us a refund for the hotel and excursion costs we were out due to our delay. The insurance company initially denied our claim but Natalie was persistent by calling the airline to get the information needed to get our claim refunded.

In-Law's Playing in Alaska!
As much as I love to travel, the idea of planning a vacation for someone else sends me into anxiety overload. So, when my hubby told me I needed to plan a cruise for my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law(what could possibly go wrong? ??) I knew I needed help.
