Shelley has booked three cruises for my family. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to find information if she doesn't have it. Shelley has saved me a lot of time researching room locations and working by phone with the cruise line to book us the best price. She also worked with them to fix an error the cruise line made regarding dining reservations for us and extended family traveling separately.
