We booked a very modest trip to New Orleans on a very small budget. I was pleased with how patient and helpful Donna was with us as first-time vacationers on a tiny budget. She made me feel just as important as if we were planning something very grand and exotic. Just a lovely and attentive woman to work with.

Donna is a pleasure to work with. This is our third trip that was arranged with Donna, each to a different location. All of them were trouble free.

Donna planned the PERFECT family vacation for us and our 6 kids, ages 5 - 20! We wanted to go somewhere, but didn't know where. We struggle with doing the research necessary for such a trip. My husband went to see Donna at the travel agency for help. She pointed us to Club Med- Sandpiper Bay, which was PERFECT! I didn't have to cook all week and the food options were amazing, delicious and varied! There were all-inclusive activities for all -- beach and pool time for the little ones, golf and tennis lessons, trapeze for the teenagers, yoga and water aerobics for me, and more! We are so thankful for her help!

This year,2018, I decide to use a travel agent for the first time. Donna is everything you could ask for! She listened to my concerns and addressed them in a professional manner. I'm traveling with a friend with "memory" issues and needed my travel connections to go precisely as planned. I'm glad to say, "I now have a personal travel agent to rely on.

Donna managed the travel arrangements for 60+ people coming from various locations in several states. Everyone arrived at the event on time and as planned. My advice is to be patient, there are a lot of pieces to the puzzle when so many people are traveling. Donna kept me updated on the process and the plans as things developed. Planning a destination wedding is not as easy as people think, there are a lot of long distance details to manage.

Wow, where to start... Donna Cannaie is our travel-angel. Although I have traveled overseas a fair amount, I quickly realized that I needed help with our trip for 5 to Morocco. Donna and Kensington Tours put together the trip of a lifetime for us. They found us a guide and driver who were smart, funny, and treated us like familyl. Donna guided me through every step of the planning process, helping me think through how long to stay in each city, what activities were available (we're not museum sort of folks), and how much to tip (because everyone gets tipped). She was knowledgeable, relentlessly organized, and a wizard at keeping track of details. She quickly became my personal travel psychologist - staying kind and patient when I needed it the most. If she didn't know the answer to a question I asked, she found out and educated us both. The trip was amazing and Donna Cannaie made it happen for us.

Donna is a travel agent who cares. She took the time to review options and work carefully with the two of us. One of us was in Minneapolis and the other one was in Sun Prairie so it was probably a bit more challenging than usual. Because we happened to select a trip that Donna had also taken, she had first-hand knowledge of the trip that we were taking. She answered our questions, followed up as needed, was always encouraging, and kept in touch. We were so confident about what we were going to experience and it all went as she said.

Donna is a great listener, she helped us fine tune our travel priorities and followed through with finding and acquiring them. We wanted some independence with our own schedule. She is a good communicator, so we were clear on the details. She was very understanding with our learning curve, our first time with a travel agent, yet efficient. We really had a great trip.

This is my 2nd trip to Italy with Donna. The hotels were great, the rides to/from airport were so convenient and the overall experience was fulfilling.

Personable, helpful, flexible and great followup

Donna Canaie was a wonderful travel agent for u!. She was responsive and helpful at every turn. We had 2 separate incidences that she was especially helpful in: we had to cancel our trip because of illness and she made every step of that easy. When we re-scheduled the following year, she intervened with the hotel in Paris that did not honor its' contract with us and helped to get us a rebate. She went above and beyond what might be required or expected of a travel agent. Thank you, Donna!

Donna Canaie is a wealth of knowledge! She was very patient with us since we changed our minds several times as to where we wanted to go. Emails and phone calls do not do justice to actually meeting Donna in person. She is wonderful!

Everything for our cruise to the Western Carribean fell into place from flight to pick-up and drop off service.

Norwegian Cruise Line was exceptional from the food to the service. The crew were very friendly.

We met people in ports from other cruise lines Carnival and Mediterranean - they were not satisfied with their cruise accomodations and their crew.

Donna assisted three of us with plans and arranements for an Avalon river cruise. She had encouraged us to take out insurance which we ended up needing to use, due to my unexpected illness. She assisted us
with all those reimbursements and then, robooking when we were ready, a year later. Everything went very well! Donna has also helped me with some international travel including arrangemens for “wheelchair assistance.”
