I have visited Disney World 15+ times , and took my first Disney Cruise in 2000. It was a 4 night cruise to the Bahamas on the Disney Magic and we combined the cruise with a 3 night stay at Disneyworld. Since then, we have cruised with Disney Cruise Line every year and combined the parks with the cruises that departed from Port Canaveral.

MaryAnn Morrison really does add to your Disney planning experience. So much of Disney planning can be done online but it is nice to have a point of contact who can just give you some guidance from her experiences. As much as my wife and I love planning our Disney adventures, MaryAnn did a great job answering our questions and offering advice, from dining options to fast passes and just general planning. We view the planning stages of Disney as part of the adventure, which prolongs the magic. MaryAnn was there from day one and was even available through our trip for questions. I am appreciative that she was so responsive, even with questions where she needed to follow-up with a Disney cast member for confirmation. And her excitement about the trip adds to your excitement. Mary Ann and Mickey travel agency from the very beginning she got me the exact cruise that I wanted she even let me know what I needed rent do to make my cruise better and Disney world the same exact treatment...she did all the reservation for dinner for me cuz I only went to Disney when I was a kid ...she mailed me a package with all the details I needed to know about the cruise and Disney world which I took with me lol it was kind of like a cheat sheet for a test in school ..on my cruise my oldest daughter got sick I followed Mary Ann instructions if I need help and everything was handled in a professional way I was unable to go to Disney world due to my daughter getting sick Mary Ann and her team helped make everything easier on me so I cud focus on my kids and getting them home and get my oldest to get dr..trip was aug 17 it’s sept 16 I just now texted Mary Ann I’m due for a real vacation without kids as a matter of fact a much needed girls trip

The best!! Mary Ann is thorough in her planning, provides all the needed details and makes sure every part of your trip is planned perfectly. Maryann has been booking my trips for years. She always keeps me informed about all the Disney activities (I am a die hard Disney fan) at Disney World. Maryann recommends attractions to visit and what restaurants to eat at. I love to travel. Vacationing was taken to another level in December of 2013, when MaryAnn booked the most fabulous trip to Walt Disney World for me. She found us an amazing package which included hotel, meal plan and park admission. MaryAnn took care of all the logistics in booking dining reservations, airport transportation and even helped to book special holiday events such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and the Candlelight Processional. I never had to worry about anything while on this trip because MaryAnn meticulously planned everything for us. It was amazing.
This trip was so incredible that I have booked countless more trips with MaryAnn. I have cruised with Disney Cruise Line over 20 times and after meeting MaryAnn, my favorite form of vacation became even more wonderful. MaryAnn has sent me on cruises to Alaska, Hawaii, through the Panama Canal, across the Atlantic, through the Mediterranean and even all the way up to Russia. Each cruise left from a different port in a different country. I never had to worry about what I was supposed to do because MaryAnn prepared me so well for what to expect. She even booked my all important spa reservations onboard!
Your vacation starts the minute you start planning your trip with MaryAnn. Her enthusiasm and love of what she does is infectious and she takes care of all the details. You can go to her with a specific plan of what you want to do and she'll make it happen. If you have no idea what you want to do, she will guide you in the right direction. Her knowledge of all of this information is incredible and she treats you like family. I have three more trips booked with MaryAnn this year alone and I cannot wait to make more magical memories.

Her knowledge and helpfulness made traveling with 3 small kids super convenient. She answered all of our questions and was there during and after the vacation to assist us!!!! She was able to provide us with traveling tips that made our vacation beyond excellent!!! MaryAnn was wonderful! We booked our Disney trip 7 months in advance. She continuously looked for new promotional me as our trip got closer. She got us a wonderful deal with the free dining plan. MaryAnn helped to make sure we got the most value for our money. She helped advise me in making advanced dining reservations and and Fast passes. Mary Ann booked my back to back Bahamas Cruise with Disney Cruise Line. She took care in linking our reservations, so that we had the same stateroom and also the same dining servers on both cruises. Mary Ann is very knowledgeable of Disney Cruise Line. She booked our shore excursions for us and assisted us with our online check in. I have not been to Disney since 2003. A lot has changed since then and my family relied on me to do all the booking and planning. Maryann successfully planned and coordinated our August 2015 trip to Disneyland, CA . We stayed at a neighboring Disneyland hotel, and it was such a joy to go to the hotel after a long flight and be welcomed by courteous staff at the hotel. We were right across the street from Disneyland, so the walk was an easy one. After our walking excursions, we would relax and go swimming at the hotel pool. We looked forward to fireworks every night. It was an exciting vacation, and Maryann made sure we had the most memorable time. My husband and are are grateful to Maryann for planning such a fun vacation for our 6 y/o son!

My trip to Disney at the Floridian was FANTASTIC, The convenience in getting to the park was great. The accommodations were first class. I used Mary Ann to book a Disney cruise once a couple of years ago. However, I wasn't able to go so I recommended that my girlfriend call her and take over my reservations. She was not only understanding and sweet about the whole change over, but she was also very knowledgable on how to go about changing the reservations. My girlfriend was extremely pleased with dealing with Mary Ann and absolutely loved the Disney cruise and all of the dinner reservations that Mary Ann set up for my girlfriend and her family! I would definitely recommend Mary Ann to other friends and family and 100% use her to book my next Disney cruise.

Royal Caribbean Bermuda Cruise

MaryAnn helped me plan my RC Cruise leaving out of Baltimore. We were going with relatives from SC who had already booked the vacation. MaryAnn made sure our reservations were linked so there were no problems when we boarded the ship. We were all assigned the same dining time and table. My cabin was right next door to my sister in laws. She also helped me plan my shore excursions. I would definitely call MaryAnn when planning my next vacation.

Mary Ann was super helpful in booking my Carnival Cruise to the Bahamas. She brought up some important things that we did not know about like requesting a private table for our dinner, and helping decide where on the ship we wanted our room to be. She was also very knowledgable about the excursions and helped us choose ones that we would enjoy.
