I had never used a travel agent b4 Kathleen to book Disney and now I wouldn't do it without her.
Upon trying to book my families trip to Disney during a Free Dining Promo, being on hold with disney for 6 hours and having 4 separate free Dining reservations on hold but none of them where I wanted to be I contacted Kathleen. Within an hour she responded and assured me that she would do her best to secure me a reservation at the resort that I wanted. I didn't think it would be possible. Then, the next morning she emailed me and not only had she secured my reservation, but also another families that is traveling with me. I was ecstatic!!!
Over the past 6 months or so Kathleen has booked our trip, dining reservations (difficult ones at that) and has been an open book of knowledge. She is always willing to answer any of my questions in a timely manner and never gets frustrated with my numerous emails. She is a peach!!

Kathleen is the best travel planner I have ever worked with! She took the stress out of planning and made it a fun experience. Her prompt, friendly,and very informative replies to my many questions were always appreciated! I love her FB group as well. It is fun and informative! Kathleen helped us to plan our most recent trip to Disney....during free dining at that! This was our second trip ever to Disney and my first time using a travel agent. She spent countless hours making sure we were able to score the free dining deal at the resort of our choice, which was no easy feat. Kathleen was very knowledgeable and answered all questions we had promptly (even on evenings and weekends). She worked diligently in searching for some of our more sought after dining reservations. There were also some wonderful sweet surprises along the way:). I would definitely use Kathleen again should we ever plan another trip, and I would certainly recommend her to all of my friends! It's nice to work with someone who truly loves her job and of course loves all things Disney!

Kathleen has booked our last 2 trips to Disney World. She was a great resource and helped us find the best deal for us. She helped with our dining reservations and went over and above to make sure that we had the best trip possible. We plan on using her for all of our future trips.
