After years of exploring other countries and cultures I came to a new road in life. Upon retirement as a business teacher, I found myself continuing to arrange trips and reunions -- Travel With Serenity was born.
I specialize in group travel: 1) cruise events at sea -- meetings, retreats, reunions, seminars, workshops and 2) tours -- alumni, churches, civic/community groups, families, school, etc. Personal travels that I will always remember are:

documents not received in a timely manner

Dear Zap: We take customer service very seriously and apologize that you did not receive the cruise documents that were forwarded via email to you on April 14. Once we were made aware on May 24 at 9:54 pm ET via your telephone call we immediately reissued the documents to you via email. We are glad you received the documents in time for the May 25 departure for your Alaska cruise and hope you had a great time. Thank you for allowing Serenity Cruise & Tour to be of service.
