Jenn has a passion for travel. She loves helping families create amazing memories while exploring the world. After growing up in a household where the family summer vacation meant heading to grandma's house, Jenn has spent her adulthood seeing the world and exposing her kids to travel adventures. From fun family road trips through the mountains of California, to climbing Machu Pichu, conquering Disney Parks, and even sailing the seas, she has either been there or helped a family get there! Jenn is a graduate of the University of North Texas.

Jenn has planned several trips for us over the years, the most recent of which was Disney World. She provides outstanding service and gives helpful hints that make a visit to Disney World exceed all expectations - even during the busy seasons! Jenn also recently planned a trip for us to Hawaii. We recently booked a family trip for a Disney Cruise through Jen. She was very helpful in getting us the best deals and provided information we needed to make the most of our trip. The best part was that Jen made sure she kept track of all the details and deadlines... all we had to do was let her know what we wanted and she let us know what information she needed and by when. At first we were worried about her planning a vacation as we live so far away from her location but she made us feel like we were just as important as all of her local clients. She was always available for questions which made planning our trip worry free! I have worked with travel agents before that were constantly trying to talk us into things that did not fit our family needs and Jen never once tried to pressure us into something we did not want as part of our vacation. We had such a great experience with Jen after the first trip we are currently working with her on planning our next family vacation. Everyone that takes vacations should be lucky enough to have Jen!

Off to Hawaii with Jenn!

We had the opportunity to work with Jenn on an awesome trip to Hawaii. She worked with us to think about our specific islands and activities we would like to do during our trip. She helped us plan a split trip between Maui and Oahu. On Oahu we stayed at Aulani-- such an awesome Disney property. Jenn helped us plan a trip to Pearl Harbor and the Dole Plantation. In Maui we made sure to do the Road to Hana and a fun luau. Such a great time! Jenn and her team did an amazing job!

Jenn has helped us plan 2 Disney World trips, both during the busy Thanksgiving holiday. We would never go to Disney without her help, or to any vacation without her help. From hotel reservations, to dining reservations, even stroller rentals, she booked it all for us. Mother to mother, I always appreciated her travel tips and first hand recommendations. From day one of price quotes to the vacation itself, she is there every step of the way, adjusting deals and always makes sure we have gotten the best price. Jenn is awesome with planning the perfect vacation for any reason! She has planned 4 trips for me and other family members. I cannot imagine traveling without her knowledge ever again! Our latest trip was a transatlantic cruise from Florida to England. I was able to do everything on my bucket list and had a great time. Our next cruise will be to San Juan and cannot wait to start planning that one! She has the ability to find something for everyone in the group no matter what age. She answers all questions and has great recommendations. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family in need of planning a vacation.

We have used Jenn for trips to Europe, Disneyland, Disneyworld, cruises and Universal Studios (both locations). She is always super responsive and helpful whether during the planning, execution or vacation phase. She is always available from getting up at the crack of dawn to obtain a hard to get spot in Egypt to a late afternoon Saturday phone call during a vacation in California to modify and add to our needs for a Sunday outing. I can not recommend Jenn enough.

It would be a challenge to articulate all of the superlatives to describe the many benefits we have realized and wonderful travels we have experienced since engaging Jenn as our travel agent. Whether it was a venture to Disney World with the grandkids, an anniversary trip to the Caribbean, an expedition to Antarctica, or sailing to the Galapagos ... Jenn (and her trusty sidekick, Rob) have been with us every step of the way--in planning, during, and follow-up !! Although she has a sizable clientele, we always get the impression that WE are the only customers who count !! When the unforeseen arises ... Jenn is on top of it !! (As when the dreaded midnight email arrived that the next morning's 5:30am connector flight to an international destination had been cancelled--Jenn & Rob responded to a texted plea for help by getting up and spending the next two hours rerouting flights to save the vacation !!) Just to let you know, we enjoy being "hands on" in planning our travels ... so, we are comfortable putting together an outline of airlines/cruises, lodging, and sightseeing ... pass that on to Jenn ... she will study and critique our plans ... make the appropriate arrangements ... and, pass back to us those segments which are to our advantage to book directly. We would be equally comfortable in telling Jenn that we want to go to XYZ anywhere in the world and, since she has a perfect recall of our travel preferences, she would put together an outstanding trip, from soup to nuts. We can always relax in knowing that if any issues arise (before/during/after), Jenn will deal with them on our behalf.

Jenn is great! She is an avid Disney lover! Our family goes to Disney a lot, so we were looking for recommendations on different things to do. She was able to give great suggestions that my family loved. We never have to worry about planning, scheduling reservations, etc. Nothing falls thru the cracks with her! She goes above and beyond for her customers (even when she has to sit on the phone with Disney for 45 min to make a reservation for you) Highly recommend Jenn!

We have wanted to plan a trip to Disney world for a long time and when I found Jenn she helped us live our dream vacation. She asked us what we wanted to do and got all of our reservations booked in those impossible to get into places. Any time we had questions, she responded immediately and made sure we totally understood what was happening. Her suggestions were all spot on and provided us an amazing vacation. We recently took our 4th trip that Jenn helped us plan and book. She helped get us reservations at the most popular restaurants in Disney World so that we didn't have to worry about where we would be able to eat and she also gave us tips on the best days for each park over our visit and what the best attractions for our fast passes were. I can not say enough great things about the service she offers and how much easier my vacations seem to be compared to my friends due to her assistance. The first step to a relaxing vacation is having an agent like Jenn who takes the stress our of planning.

Jenn is simply the BEST travel agent I have EVER worked with. She makes all of our Disney trips an absolute breeze, is organized, professional and - best of all - really nice!
In March of 2013, when an unexpected medical emergency threw a wrench into our Disney Cruise plans, Jenn sprinkled pixie dust for us and we had a magical Baby Moon at WDW that never would have been possible without her help.
I've met Jenn in person as well (during a trip to Disney, of course) and can't say enough wonderful things about her and her travel agency. I recommend her to every single one of my friends planning a trip - Disney or elsewhere. If you book with Jenn and Whitney World Travel, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I have used Jennifer for several years now for all my vacations to Disney World. She is knowledgable, gets things done quicker then I could ever ask, never complains when I adjust plans (which I have done way too many times lol). She's also so welcoming and personable. I feel like I'm contacting a friend not just a random person to handle my vacations. Somehow she remembers my families preferences, she is ALWAYS searching for the best way to make the most out of my vacations. My family and I travel to Disney every year at least once and I couldn't do it without her! She's wonderful, take my word for it. You won't regret it!!!

Jenn has been our travel agent now for almost 4 years. She has helped us plan several Disney World Trips and Disney Cruises. She is always looking out for what is best for my family and making sure we have superb memories for years to come. She mostly recently helped us plan our Disney Transatlantic Cruise and a week in Europe after the cruise. Our two daughters loved it. Jenn is very responsive and knowledge in her field. Jenn is the most knowledgeable and patient travel agent I have ever met. She has helped us with 4 Disney Resort vacations and 2 Disney cruises. Her ability to understand what our familiy has wanted from each trip gave us the trips that true memories were made from. She provided pricing and options all with in a timely fashion. She was flexible with us and worked with us to make the best vacations for us. She gave us options that all made sense for our travels. Jenn organized everything we needed from reservations to timelines. No doubt about it, when I get to plan a trip to Sandals she will be the one who books it for me!
