I have been in this ever revolving business now for 43 years. Always learning and passing on my knowledge to my clients.
I am a person who likes to venture into the old and new of each location I visit.
I love art and architecture and learning about the people I am spending time with.
I don't think I have ever had an experience that I haven't loved and learned something from.
Here are a few of the trips that are my favorite:
Our country has so much to offer. I have been to New York, Chicago,San Francisco,Los Angles, Phoenix area, Washington, D.C. and New Orleans. I have enjoyed their cultural specialties and cuisine. Our outdoor adventures are some of the best. From the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Yellowstone National park, to Maine, and even the Napa Valley. Lots to do and see.
Overseas I have had several experiences:
Israel is my favorite. It is an adventure that extends to all religions and cultures. You get to see the origins of civilization. Fun times include riding a camel or sitting in a tent and having dinner. It has the beauty of Mountains and the vastness of the desert. People are gracious. Try the St. Peter's fish. One of my favorite dishes.
I have done 2 Mediteranean Cruise which took me to Spain, France, Italy and Greece. Wow the ancient ruins are facinating. Again you get to touch the old and taste the best food. We have made friends on board all of our sailings. Our friends in England we still keep in touch with. I love cruising. I like the fact that you do not have to pack and unpack to get a taste of each of these countries.
London and Paris make a great duo for a week long stay in Europe. Easy transportation between the two countries. So much history in each. From Big Ben in London to Stonehedge on the outskirts. You can also see a Broadway Show for alot less than New York. Paris has of course the Eiffle Tower, Monet's Gardens and Versaille. Also some of the best art museums and food of course.
My last fantastic trip was a river cruise. My husband and I traveled down the Danube. I found out that I love Prague. I could go back there even just for a long weekend. We stopped in Vienna, Austria, and some small towns in Slovakia and ended up in Budapest, Hungary. What a nice relaxing way to travel. You do some walking during the day to see the Palaces and sights of each location and come back to a luxury ship to relaxe and have dinner. We took Avalon, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I have taken serveral cruises to the Caribbean and can help you plan that quick getaway. Montreal and Toronto were a stones throw from were I used to live and so we did short trips there.
I will be happy to get you started on a lifetime of thrills and adventures.
Just give me a call.
