I’m passionate about travel and I enjoy creating those “once in a lifetime” memories for my clients. My own enthusiasm for travel has inspired me to pursue this as my career, and I love to incorporate those extra special touches into each itinerary I create. Everything about this beautiful state of Hawaii is incredibly amazing! What makes it such a special travel destination is the fact that each of its islands are totally unique. A stop in Maui would not be complete without a Lahaina luau! From tropical waterfalls and sunset cruises to whale watching and helicopter rides or perhaps sink your toes into the black sand beaches of the Big Island of Hawaii. A visit to the USS Arizona and USS Missouri at Pearl Harbor is a must on many visitor’s bucket lists! Each visit to Hawaii is a unique experience. This was the 1st time I booked online with Apple Vacations and Therese was assigned to my booking. She was responsive and efficient. She helped us book a park and fly. It was at no fault of hers that we were disappointed with our trip. She is a very good travel agent.

Memorable Family Vacation!

Therese was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish (including after we returned). She is extremely friendly and professional. Her communication was great throughout, and she provided several options for us as we were trying to finalize our itinerary. She always followed through on the things she said she would, and was always willing to help in anyway she could to make our trip easier, better, and a great memory. I’ve never done much traveling so the thought of planning a trip to New York was scary, to say the least! With Therese’s expertise guiding us along the way, the NY experience went perfectly! I could not have had a better agent! And now, since that went so well, I’m really looking forward to a much bigger adventure next year...an Alaskan cruise with my whole family. Yes! You guessed it! Honeymoon Help

Therese was very helpful in planning our honeymoon. She was very knowledgeable in suggesting places to go and resorts to stay at. If she wasn't sure of the answer to specific questions we asked, she found those answers for us. First time to Mexico, Great Experience.

This was such a great experience! Therese Gries was super to work with. We went to her for help planning a vacation in a very short amount of time, not knowing where we even wanted to go.

We have 2 girls ages 19 and almost 18 at the time. We had to quick plan a trip that could very well be our last family vacation as our girl are now working full time for the summer and college in the fall.

She gave us lots of options but didn't overwhelm us with to much to think about. We decided to go to Barceló Maya Colonial Riviera Maya, Mexico. This was an all Inclusive resort . Great choice!

It was perfect for our family. Therese made the whole process very easy for us. She was very helpful with information about pass port's, transfer's to our resort, restaurant's and excursion's we might have been interested in. We couldn't have had such a great experience without all of her help. We will be forever grateful to her for making this such a wonderful family vacation with our girls.

I never personally met Therese but working with her was a pleasant and seemless experience, it felt like a friend helping us plan a vacation.

Therese worked with our requests, budget and answered our questions without hesitation. Plus, her prompt response through email was very much appreciated. Therese was upfront with pricing, detailing every dollar. And the best part of the vacation was the beautiful, scenic, busy beachfront of Fort Lauderdale. Soaking up the sun in Mexico!

I have gone through several different travel agents and was never pleased with my service. Therese went above and beyond my expectations. She took the stress off my shoulder and allowed me to enjoy my vacation. Even last minute questions i had, she replied back to me within the hour! Even when we returned home, she let us settle back in and contacted me asking how our vacation went. I've never had someone contact me after there work was finished. I will definitely go through Therese again to book my next vacation!!

Room was AMAZING!

I meant to tell you how great of a job Therese did before we left on our trip. I'm glad I waited. We just got back from a trip to Costa Rica, our room was unbelievable! We asked for an ocean view and we think our room was where they took pics for their brochures. When we first booked the trip, all the ocean view rooms were sold out. That didn't stop Therese from keeping an eye open and getting, probably the best room we have ever had. Thanks again for everything, we look forward to booking with you again next year.

Pleasure to Work With

Therese planned two trips for me and I couldn’t be more pleased with her help. The first trip was to New York that I was taking my granddaughter on, and she found me great rates on the airfare and hotel. She also arranged tickets ahead of time for the 911 museum. The second trip was to New Orleans for myself and my husband, again good rates o flight and hotel. Unfortunately we had to cancel because of a family emergency, but with the trip insurance that we purchased we had a full refund. If I travel next year I will definitely contact Therese.
