My adventure into the travel world started during my family’s first trip to Disney World. My mom is a travel agent and helped us book the trip. While working on the trip though I realized how helpful it would have been to have an agent guide me through the Disney jungle. No matter how many books I read, I still wanted someone to tell me the best way to handle all of the information. I started with booking just Disney but as I exposed my family to travel I realized how helpful it is to families to have someone help them with all of their travel needs. I also realized that travelling with a family is not limited to just Disney World and the beach. Families with kids of any age can really enjoy a trip anywhere as long as it is planned accordingly.
My goal is to book an amazing trip for everyone in the family. This includes the 5 year old, the 70 year old, and everyone in between. Vacations with an extended family can be an amazing experience and having a specialist guide you on a trip that will please everyone in the family is invaluable.

My job doesn't end once the trip is booked. I want to help my clients plan the day to day itineraries, decide on sights to see, pick restaurants to eat at, and every other detail. People forget that there is so much more to an amazing vacation then picking the hotel and bookiing the transportation. I love to ensure that every aspect of your trip is thought of so that you do not have to worry about all of the logictics.

I am the proud and busy mom to an 8 year old daughter and 11 year old son.

Meghan was wonderful to with with! As we were planning our trip to Australia we gave her a very general list of requirements: kangaroos, koalas, penguins, wine, climbing the Sydney bridge. She took that list and built out the most amazing trip we could have asked for! We experienced everything on our list - kangaroos in the wild, koalas in a nature conservancy, the penguin parade, a food and wine walking tour, and climbing the Sydney bridge - and much more, including snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef!Meghan made this trip so easy for us! She did the research and presented us with options to help us get everything we wanted out of this trip. We had an amazing time and it's a trip we will never forget!

Meghan was great to work with ,this was a last minute trip during the holidays and she planned every last detail for us from plane tickets to hotel to travel tips made for a wonderful trip much better than I could have. We had a wonderful time in Disney the week of November 30, 2019 to December 7, 2019. We stayed at the Polynesian Resort and enjoyed our stay there. Meghan's ongoing help from the planning stages of our trip to the time we arrived home was exceptional. She was able to book almost all of the fast passes we wanted and she helped us make meal reservations that she suggested or we requested. Because of her diligent work, we were able to enjoy our Disney vacation to the fullest extent possible. It was a memorable experience and I can't want to have Meghan help us plan our next Disney trip.

Our First Disney Adventure

She helped me understand every aspect of the planning process and even went as far as helping us decide which parks to go to when and which rides to fast pass! Meghan patiently answered every question we had for her. When we were in the initial planning stages, she helped us narrow down what we were looking for. When it came time to select airfare, we were a complicated group (4 people who live about 4 hours apart). Choosing airports to fly out of was difficult. Meghan handled this with ease, offering us several different scenarios and options from multiple different airports so we could pick what worked best for us. Shortly before the trip, Meghan sent us an organized folder with every document we could ever need, all in one place. And she even included a giftcard to Starbucks--essential for any traveler. I can't recommend Meghan enough. She is a fantastic travel agent and I will absolutely use her again for my next trip.

Meghan planned the trip for most of the 50 guests at my son's wedding in Jamaica. She demonstrated attention to detail and concern for each and everyone of us. She was so inclusive and detailed in the information she gave that I was hard pressed to come up with a question for her! This was my husband's and my first trip to the Caribbean and it was seamless thanks to Meghan! She was not only available by phone and online but sent a detailed follow up letter with all the pertinent travel information we needed. When we travel in the future we will rely on Meghan for planning the perfect trip.

Disney Sports team tournament

Meghan did a great job with a difficult booking agency that we were required to use for a sports tournament. She tried to take the burden off our club director in the team's travel plans. She was prompt to respond and fix a few problems that occurred so we were thankful to have her on our side!

Athletic Adventure

Meghan helped me plan our field hockey club's tournament travel to Disney. She was incredibly helpful in keeping a number of families on task and up to date about details and deadlines. She processed all of the payments and made sure each family had booked the meals and events that they wanted. In short, Meghan helped me keep my sanity by working directly with our players' families. The tournament was a blast and we look forward to heading to Disney again soon for another athletic adventure.

Megan helped my family plan our first Disney vacation (and by helped I mean she planned it and we went on the trip) and it was absolutely amazing. She booked our hotel, flights, meals, etc... and gave suggestions and advice regarding all things Disney-related. Megan took care of all of the details so my family and I could enjoy the trip itself.

Meghan has planned 2 trips to Disney for our family that were amazing! She knows so many great Disney tips and made sure everything was planned perfectly. She is quick to respond to my many emails about every last detail too. Meghan also planned an adults trip for my husband and I's 40th birthdays to Dominican Republic with two other couples. She again did a great job with all the details while coordinating everyone's schedule and it was an unforgettable trip. I would highly recommend Meghan to make your trip planning a breeze!!

Flexible, efficient and tenacious

After moving to the area I relied on a friends recommendation for a new travel agent. After he first few email exchanges with Meg, I realized she was a person I would enjoy working with on family trips and weekend getaways, because of her knowledge but more so because of the questions she asked. Meg really tried to understand the preferences of my wife, me, and our family to customize the trips. Our anniversary trip to New York was great, and our adventure to Africa was customized specifically to us. Even while abroad she was available, checking on us, and very helpful when plans changed. What impressed me the most was after our return, when she followed up and fought on our behalf with travel providers for part of the trip that didn't go as planned. I've worked with other planners km other parts of the country - Meg is just better than them. I strongly recommend her.

My family and I have used Meghan multiple times for our vacation planning needs. Over the past 3 years, she has worked with us to book six trips to Disney World and an anniversary trip to Cancun. The Disney trips covered various needs; from a single family, to multiple generations, to couple only, to multiple families. Needless to say, she has done a fantastic job incorporating the travel needs/wants of each party to make sure everyone enjoyed their vacation. While I like to consider myself somewhat knowledgeable about Disney World, Meghan's knowledge laps mine and she has always given great advice on new activities, places to stay, and ways to help save some money doing it! I have recommended her to several clients and friends and will continue to based upon the wonderful experience all have had.
