As your travel agent, I won't just book a canned itinerary for you and then forward on some generic paperwork. That may be the way travel booking sites on the Internet work. But it is definitely a far cry from the level of service you'll get from me.
My goal is to always provide my clients with concierge-level service. That means that I will devote myself to creating the perfect travel itinerary for you, one that will fit your budget and will honor your wishes, desires and travel style.
In addition, I will also be available for you during your travels. So if you should encounter any problems on your trip, you can always call or email me and I will work to find a solution.
Part of the reason why I can offer you such exceptional service is because I truly enjoy working on all phases of the planning process. It is hard to be as devoted as I am if you don't enjoy what you are doing.
While I enjoy booking all types of travel, I do specialize in arranging cruise and Disney vacations. I personally take my family to a Disney-related vacation each year. And I am also an experienced cruiser. The following are just some of the ships I have personal experience with:

He was very friendly and professional. Provided us with all information and we asked for, after showing us what He had set up for us he showed us other options there was and what the prices would be. Everything went as planned but had a little tiny hiccup at the park but they were able to find our tickets so we were still very pleased with everything he had set up for us.

Alan was amazing! We were working with a large group and he was available to answer our questions and get us the info we needed quickly and efficiently. We had to make a few changes and it was so easy. The all-inclusive resort he booked was gorgeous, everything was super clean, right on the ocean and the food was excellent! Alan recently booked our family vacation to Disney's Aulani resort on Oahu. I had called the resort directly and gotten all the information to book our trip, but my husband wanted to call a travel agent. I humored him thinking nobody does that anymore. Boy, was I wrong! Alan saved us a significant amount of money and made the whole process so much smoother and easier. We just returned from that trip (after booking it with Alan, not directly) and have already contacted him about booking our Disney cruise for next spring break. Call him! You won't regret it!

I checked several sites for price comparison while working with Alan and must say his prices were very comparable with the other big travel sites. I usually always book my own vacations but it can be so time consuming. After a friend told me about Kalilei Vacations, I checked the reviews and then talked with Alan.
