Family Vacation Specialist
Growing up, my family travelled to visit family & friends – Virginia Beach, Albuquerque, Central Indiana. These were road trip vacations – we would load up the car & drive, spend time with family & drive back. But when I entered 5th grade, things changed. I visited France with 20+ kids from my school district and began to see the world – the Eiffel Tower, The Louvre, Versailles… My inner traveler was awakened. I knew there was more of the world I wanted to see!
As I started high school, my dad was transferred to the Netherlands. What was suppose to be a one year assignment turned into three. During that time, every weekend and school holiday were spent road tripping through Europe. We visited England, Belgium, France, Luxemburg, Germany, Austria, Italy, Poland and the Soviet Union. I watched the Bolshoi Ballet perform Swan Lake in their home theatre in Moscow, climbed to the top of Sacre Coeur and viewed Paris from its highest point, fed pigeons in Saint Mark’s Square in Venice, watched the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace and climbed the hill up to Neuschwanstein Castle to see Disney’s inspiration for Sleeping Beauty’s Castle.
Today, I continue to travel the world with my family – Mexico, Jamaica, Cayman Islands (where we became certified divers!) England, and France, plus Hawaii, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Baltimore, Gettysburg, San Diego, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, Dallas, Houston, St. Louis, Indianapolis, Disneyland and of course Walt Disney World – our home away from home!
Let me help your family have a fun time on your next vacation!
