Bob And Marry were very knowledgeable of type of travel my family were wanting to take. They nailed our dates and price. We were a bit late to book and couldn't sit together on the plane but not a big deal. We had a small issue with names on confirmation not matching exact names on passports but got it straightened out after a bit of hustling from the agents. We will make sure we pay special attention in the future.

I've worked with a few travel agent's in the past but none were as wonderful to deal with as Bob and Mary. This years vacation was very much a last minute plan, and Bob and Mary made a normally arduous process seem easy. Everything was taken care of immediately and I felt like a priority at all times, even though I know they have other customers as well. During the cruise, everything we had asked for was done exactly as requested. The best part is dealing with Bob and Mary was akin to dealing with a family member. Talking to them was never painful or drawn out, it felt like conversing with someone in the family. I will be using them for all of my vacation needs going forward.
