Is experiencing the food and culture of a region a highlight of your travels? With a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and a Master of Science degree in Home Economics, food and culture are a passion, especially when I travel. What a great way to travel the world – experiencing the culture and tastes of each region! In addition to having a passion for travel, I have developed and taught Cultural Foods classes at local colleges as well as a variety of nutrition courses, and have been a personal chef and nutrition consultant.

Are you a Military History Buff? My husband does military vehicle restoration and is involved in several regional and the national military vehicle preservation group. Through our involvement and passion for preserving history, I have coordinated tours to Vanuatu (New Hebrides) in the South Pacific, Normandy, Duxford, and the huge War & Peace Show in England.
