I have had a love to travel as far back as I can remember taking family vacations as a young child! My most favorite family memories revolve around our vacations such as Disney, beaches and domestic US cities. I was overcome with emotion getting to take my own young children to Disney for the first time. Seeing the magic through their eyes and watching their love for Disney grow is something I will always remember. I know we are instilling the love of travel and learning in them with every vacation we take.
I really enjoy meeting families, honeymooners and couples and helping them to find a vacation destination that truly fits their needs. I enjoy specializing in Mexico and the Caribbean for International Travel locations. There are so many amazing All Inclusive Resorts for just about anyone! Among Domestic Travel options, I specialize in all Disney destinations (Disney World, Disney Land & Adventures by Disney), Universal Orlando Resort & Sea World Parks as well as many US Beach & Ski Resorts. I love sending couples and families to explore US Cities that hold amazing adventures for them such as Boston, Nashville, Los Angeles & Fort Myers. I have great relationships and specialize in Cruises with Disney Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, Carnival & Norwegian. Cruising is a great way to see several destinations at once!
In August of 2018 I earned the prestigious Certified Travel Agent (CTA) designation from The Travel Institute after completing a rigorous certification program, demonstrating essential industry knowledge and experience, and exemplifying the highest standards of professionalism
I was chosen to be a part of the 2018 & 2019 Family Travel Forums in Negril, Jamaica, an honor given out to only 130 Travel Agents. I also received a spot at the Owners Forum in 2020.
I recently earned my Destination Wedding Certification with Sandals & Beaches Resorts as well has holding CSS (Sandals Certified Specialist) certification and enjoy helping couples plan their special day in the most amazing places. Honeymoons are also a large part of my business and I enjoy working with couples to make their Honeymoon an experience they will always remember and cherish!
I treat all my Clients like they are long time friends or family and I plan your trip as if I would my own! Amazing. Fun, she takes all of the stress off of your plate. She makes everything run smoothly. She takes the time to help you figure out (for Disney) what meal plan really is best for your family. She was right we did not need the biggest plan. We even had extra snack credit so we could take home some Mickey souvenirs. She helped us with so many different questions on every trip. We have referred her to our family and friends. We just wish we had meet her sooner. Every trip with her has been so smooth. We had one hiccup at Disney durning Spring break. It was on Disneys end. Disney rectified the situation immediately. Nicki was also calling them and us to get things fixed with our room. She is just so amazing. You will be so happy she helps you. She guides you, she goes above and beyond. If you want the best of the best call her.

Anniversary & November Birthday Trip Celebration!

Nicki's correspondence before, during and after our trip was great! She informed us with deals/offers prior to booking, so we were able to take advantage of a couples massage package credit for booking by a certain time. During check-in, we had a little hiccup with our room type and she responded with a solution within minutes and it was even a Sunday! We were able to change rooms the next day. Nicki was great to work with, it definitely made for a stress-less trip, knowing we had her on our side.

A hassle free fantastic vacation!

Nicki made this trip so easy for me. She actually found the right place for my vacation, and did absolutely everything that needed to be done to get me there. All I really did was give her the dates and the budget I had to work with. She came up with about 8-10 possibilities, sent me the info on each, and helped me to narrow it down to a fantastic all-inclusive that was beyond what I had expected. She had also added a few pleasant surprises for me once I had arrived. I believe that, due to the fact she has actually been to many destinations in person, she has first hand knowledge of the amenities offered and what the hotels and resorts are really like. She also has a gift of being able to match the right client to the right location. I will not hesitate at all to call Nicki to put together my next vacation.

We wouldn't book with any other agent! She is always attentive to any of our needs. She is very responsive! She answers our many questions with very honest answers. Nicki's help with our trip saved us so much money! Having two young children (twins under 2 at the time) made our options a bit tough at times. We wanted a beach and pool and wanted to be on a beach. We wanted a smaller/quieter area of Florida and did not want to have to drive anywhere. All I had to do was send Nicki the dates and what we are looking for and she made the flight arrangements for us! Next was choosing which hotel, and once that was complete she took care of that for us too!
I cannot imagine booking another vacation without reaching out to her first. I would advise all to do the same!

Nicki was an amazing resource to us for making our trip travel plans. Our family went on a Disney Cruise and I know we couldn't have pulled it off without her help. She was available anytime we needed help, and was always patient and understanding with our questions and concerns. She guided us from step one all the way through to the end. I could really go on and on about how incredible she was to have in our corner.
