After 40 years of dedicated service in the healthcare industry, I've found a new way to put my extensive skill set to use. My travel business specializes in constructing accessible itineraries for clients with mild to severe health limitations.
As a retired nursing home administrator, I have in depth knowledge of the constraints, requirements, and concerns facing medically-challenged travelers.
It's my goal to make the wonders of the modern world equally available for anyone who dreams of seeing them.
While Internet travel sites can provide customers with cost comparisons or offer the most basic type of bookings, they can't provide personal attention and advocacy. That's where my focus lies.
I've handled a wide variety of trips, from overseas travels in search of alternative medical treatments to a break from reality at a 5-star all-inclusive resort to unique honeymoons that reflect each couple's personal list of must-see sites.
I can create air, hotel, and ground packages to—and through—almost anywhere in the world.
Not every trip has to be luxury-minded or include a bevy of modern amenities. I built one of my favorite customized itineraries around the bucket list dream of a client embarking on a long-awaited sabbatical.
With my help, he and a friend hiked across the Alaskan wilderness, sometimes traveling by canoe and making dinner from Alaskan Greyling they fished themselves. They helped build an addition onto a school in a remote part of the Yukon Territory and took in the Northern lights. It was a spectacular, once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I was proud to have had a part in making it possible.
My own quest to see the world has taken me to 58 cities in 18 countries. Joined by my lovely wife of 20 fun-filled years, I've traversed the Canadian Rideau Canal in a 40-foot houseboat and explored Spain from coast to coast.
Seeing so much has been a blessing, and I'd love to help you experience the same.
