Because the travel agent business is so competitive, I always strive to provide premium service for my clients that goes above and beyond what others might give them.

For example, I once drove 300 miles to meet with a client. I am able to deliver travel document to client within a certain radius of my home. I do these things because I want every one of my clients to feel special and well taken care of.

I have been an agent for 26 years and have a total of 44 years in the travel industry.  Prior to becoming a travel agent, I worked for Scandinavian Airlines for 16 years in both its reservations and rate departments.

Although, I make arrangements for all types of trips, my expertise lies in booking:

I am also bilingual -- having been born and raised in Germany -- so I am very comfortable working with German-speaking customers who would prefer to book their trips using their native tongue.

In addition to my many years making travel arrangements for clients, I also enjoy traveling. My favorite trip so far was a river cruise that I took through Egypt. It was a fascinating trip that was very rich in history.

Traveling frequently has been very important as it has helped me to accumulate a wealth of knowledge, ideas and tips that I can I now share with my clients.
