Phyllis has arranged several cruises for us through the years. She went to bat for us when Royal Caribbean refused to accept my travel coupon and got everything straightened out. Epic Celtic Adventure to Scotland and Ireland

Phyllis worked very hard to make our trip to Scotland and Ireland the epic trip of a lifetime. She mapped out everything for us, made hotel reservations, car reservations. She did everything. She even found us a delightful guide in Scotland who made it a very "local" feeling personal tour. I can't even tell you how many times I must have called her. She was always there to help and even tracked down my luggage in Scotland and 4:30 a.m. her time. (thanks for getting out of bed, Phyllis!). She knows her stuff and is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended
