My name is Kristy Klaiber. I'm an independent agent of Magical Moments Vacations. I started my agency in June 2012 and specialize in Disney destinations, Universal Orlando vacations and all-inclusive Mexico & Caribbean resorts.

I've also experienced Universal Hollywood, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Hilton Head, a variety of Sandals & Beaches resorts in Antigua, Bahamas, Jamaica, St. Lucia and Turks & Caicos and a variety of AM Resorts in Mexico and Punta Cana. My booking expertise includes Costa Rica, Hawaii, Las Vegas, US beach resorts, Norwegian Cruise Line, Celebrity & Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruise Line.

I'm your personal vacation concierge and with you every step of the planning process to ensure no detail is forgotten such as travel insurance, transfers, car rentals, excursions, ID requirements and more. I am a fee-free agency & don't charge booking fees.

Kristy was amazing--a friend always seemed to go on fabulous vacations and I finally asked how she planned them when she said with Kristy! Working with Kristy Klaiber has been nothing more than amazing. She has planned 3 amazing trips for our family. Every trip has exceeded our expectations. She is sure to do everything she can to make your experience a memorable one. We are excited to be giving our kids a trip to Florida from Santa for Christmas! Booking trips with Kristy has been such a nice experience. We had to reschedule a trip and she made it happen without any extra fees. I can’t wait to see where she will be sending us next summer!

Planning made easy!

This was our third year booking a vacation with Kristy, and I tell everyone to use her! She was always quick to respond to questions, and provided us with several quotes when our dates and situation kept changing. We are thrilled with our experience with Kristy. She made our first international travel experience with our two sons so nice! Kristy made everything so easy. We had the best vacation of our lives thanks to Kristy! I had so many questions before we left and she promptly answered every one! Kristy was excellent at every aspect of our trip. We had been to Disney World before, but she helped us plan exactly what we wanted to do. She also, had many suggests of additional options for us. We had never been to Disney World and we're excited to take our 4 year old. I had endless questions, thoughts, and ideas. Kristy was always very quick to respond and gave suggestions as both a travel agent and parent. She used humor and exhibited lots of patience to my never-ending questions.
