An outstanding travel agent

I was introduced to Joan thru a friend when we used her services to book a trip to Egypt. Her services were outstanding and so my husband and I have continued to call on her for all of our subsequent vacations. We live 250 miles from our office but have found it very efficient to communicate by email or telephone. We have always found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful, making great recommendations. We will continue to have her as our travel agent.

African to see the animals

Over the past 25+ years Joan Lorenz has been out travel agent when ever we have traveled overseas. We have ALWAYS followed her advice and have never been disappointed. Joan's advice is as "Good as Gold: to us. When people ask us who we use as our travel agency we says, Higgins and go see Joan Lorenz, she's the best.
