River Cruise Specialist

Recently I experienced "Viking River Cruise" with friends. We absolutely loved every minute of the cruise. Not only was the cruise an enrichment cruise, including a excursion at each point, but also while on board the staff and cruise director were informative, helpful, and always available to answer every question. We loved sitting on the sun deck enjoying the scenery of the Rhine River. Steep hillsides of vineyards and castles dating back to the far ages. The excursions were great, but another thing we wanted was free time to explore each stop on your own.

She' s the only agent I want to work with, and always gets back to me in a timely manner.
We've always had great accomodations even when traveling to Argentina!
She goes above and beyond and never tires of my endless questions!
I will still use her services even after our impending move out of the area.

She has helped me from beginning to end on many vacations... including the night before a flight, getting to the airport, and safe travels on the other end after arriving, And returns to the airport. She always includes small tips and hints that make things more comfortable.

One time, she helped my daughter get back from being in Argentina with AFS, and she got nothing out of it, just helped with a complication!
I can't say enough about her kindness and professionalism.

We've enjoyed Disney trips, Adventures with Disney trips, a cruise, Travel within the states, El Dorado resort in MX, and 2 Argentina trips. Probably more!

I personally seek out Ann every year around vacation time. Even though our only contact has been either email or phone call ( she chickened out and had her colonoscopy in Plymouth rather than Sheboygan), she makes me laugh and smile with every connection. All of her advice about resorts has been spot on! Suggestions for different transfer options have worked out great! Somehow she finds us the exact flights we are hoping to get! Ann takes the time to get to know her clients, and then matches a trip to their desires. We have booked many trips (domestic and international) with Ann, and every one has been great. When we had a potential glitch in a flight, Ann was available to guide us through the issue. She has also noted special occasions with our destinations, who have then done a little something special for my wife and I. Ann likes to hear how trips have gone, which gives us the clear impression that our satisfaction is very important to her. We have referred many of our friends to Ann, knowing that they will be as pleased with her service as we have been. Ann knows and takes care of all the details of a trip, so that we don't have to. Stress Free Vacations

We have booked multiple vacations with Ann Rooker and every vacation has been stress free. My wife and I have visited Adult Only Resorts and enjoyed ourselves. This past year, we took our small children to an all-inclusive. It was the absolute best vacation. Our room was not near the kids play area (water slides and jungle gym), but it was close to the ocean pool and beach. Our family spent little time at the play area and the entire vacation near the ocean pool and beach. Ann really knew what she was doing when she set up our room. We loved being so close to the water. Amazing Viking Cruise Adventure

Our trip was one that you always dream about and never take? It went to Paris, France, but the thing that touched our hearts was that it included the Beaches of Normandy. My wife Morreen and I will go out of our way to thank a Veteran for their service and on this trip it meant walking in the steps of thousands of brave men who gave up their life so we could be free. The time we spent at Omaha and Utah Beaches was priceless. The hair on my arms stood on end when our tour group was part of a dedication ceremony at the Omaha Cemetery. It was so moving, I could only move my lips as the Stars Spangled Banner was played and when Taps came after that, the tears rolled down our faces. I could only whisper "thank you" to all those white crosses that face West towards America. This was a dream come true for my wife and I. We loved every minute of it and did as much as we could. Thanks for a fantastic trip! This adventure will stick with me for a long time. Thanks Travel Leaders.
