Carol has 30 years experience as a travel designer, and group leader. She is a certified Sandals specialist, Princess Commodore, and preferred Viking Cruise agent.

Made Magical Memories at Disney World thanks to Carol!!!

For 6 years we dreamed of taking our children and grandchildren to Disney World. Thanks to Carol and all of her help, we were able to give this as a gift to our family at Christmas 2014. Then the planning began.....we were taking 6 children ages 3 - 13 and 6 adults and we seriously would not have known were to begin with out our travel agent. The new electronic world has created new arm bands called magic bands, there are fast passes, memory makers, food plans, motels, flights, Disney phone apps and on and on that were overwhelming to me until Carol was able to explain all of this and reassure me that it would all come together and it did... beautifully. It was a trip of a lifetime and everyone of children, my grandchildren, my husband would attest to the fact that it all went perfectly. We had SO MUCH FUN!!!! Thank You Carol for all you did to make this happen!

We have used Carol for several trips from Australia to Europe and Alaska. Carol has travelled with us on several group tours. She is the most pleasant and cheerful gal you could wish for. She is very efficient and responsive-always positive. She does special favors for her customers and is just a treat to work with. We have used Carol in planning a winter vacation for many years. She provides us with information and suggestions and we take it from there. Once we have chosen a place the booking is done and the paperwork flow is very, very smooth from a customer viewpoint. Carol checks her emails at home and gets back with answers to any questions we may have. I wouldn't think of using another travel agent. In fact it is time to thinking about winter of 2016. :)

I have used Carol for numerous trips---cruises with family or friends and guided tours abroad. She has always been very helpful in helping me choose just the right vacation---She has helped with arrangements and tours to accomodate a family member who is not too mobile, and also for those who are very active and adventurous. She can provide advice on interesting places to explore and places to shop for native goods. She always has time for my numerous questions, and is very prompt and thorough in providing answers and explanations. Whether you are a novice or an experienced traveler, Parkview Travel (and Carol!) is the best!

This trip was several countries, several flights, car, and 29 days. Everything was perfect. A lot we had to do by phone, not always available to sit with her. She is amazing. We have done several trips with her -- another this fall and would never go to another agency. GREAT JOB!

Carol made our cruise and land tour to Alaska so easy. She knows all the ins and outs after having been there several times herself. All of our arrangements went smoothly. Since we were not veteran travelers, we had lots of questions which were answered quickly either by email, phone or in person. She will definitely be our choice for any future travel arrangements. I would highly recommend Carol for your travel planning. She researches the best deals, is very knowledgeable, has traveled a lot herself. Makes the planning a party in itself!
