Lisa was with me every step of the way. When the cost of my cruise went down in price after the final payment, she contacted the cruise line and upgraded my room. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Lisa. I would apologize for keep asking questions to which she would reply “it’s my job, and I love my job”. You can tell she loves her job, because she is very good at it!

Lisa is the absolute best ! She is super sweet, responsive and you can tell that she honestly cares about you and your experience! Great location of hotels, In close walking distance to everything. She planned the most amazing excursions for us. Transfers to and from hotel / airport were great ! Over all the best trip of my life due to Lisa. I really felt safe and comfortable with her. Relaxing Vacation

Lisa had great communication with us and a quick response time to all our emails and questions. We stayed at Riu Palace in the Bahamas. The location was great, but the staff at the hotel was not very friendly or attentive. We would definitely go back to the Bahamas, but would stay at another resort next time.

Lisa helped me tremendously with our trip. All requests were met. Airlines, seats, etc. all taken care of. We changed our mind on location after the hurricanes went through and Lisa had no problem rescheduling the whole trip! I will definitely use Lisa in the future for any vacations that I go on!
