Disney Family Vacations
I have been fortunate enough to experience both a Disney Cruise and Disney World in Orlando, FL. Both exceeded my expectations.
The Cruise ratio of staff to guests is 1 to 4! If you want to feel pampered and like you have your own personal staff, it can be accomplished on a Disney Cruise! The ship is immaculate. Think you will get bored? There was so much to do from day one that we barely were able to scratch the surface. The kids club is a GREAT place for kids to go while the parents have a special date night or want to do one of the adult only experiences such as "Martini Making and Tasting".
Disney World is an exciting and thrilling experience. If you are into roller coasters and rides that make your stomach drop, you will find that. If you want a slow paced ride and some educational experiences, you will find that. If you want to walk around and look at the foliage and flowers and try all the different exotic and culinary foods at Epcot, you will find that. Bring those comfy shoes though, Disney is no joke when it comes to walking. Although all the parks have wheelchair, stroller and motorized wheelchair rentals if you feel you are unable to walk it!
