We are past Walt Disney World Cast Members and both of us have worked for the Walt Disney Company and have experience in hospitality, groups, and family vacation planning. We left Disney so we could share our experience and vacation planning advice with others and Pixie Vacations was born. Our last name is Griswold and, yes, we love to vacation. I have been hearing jokes all my life but love the National Lampoon Vacation movies. So we decided to create our own Griswold Truckster so we can take the kids on some awesome road trips. If you have seen the National Lampoon Vacation movie, you know the Griswolds purchase the Family Truckster in metallic pea; it’s not what they ordered at Lou Glutz Motors, but after their trade in is crushed into scrap metal they are happy to take home the Wagon Queen Family Truckster to start the family road trip to Walley World. We love to travel and create those special vacation memories. We would be delighted to plan your group or family vacation so you can start on your vacation journey.

My husband and I can never express the gratitude we feel for the help we received in planning and executing the plans we needed. Our son has stage 4 cancer and our daughter in law is a leukemia bone marrow survivor. They were weakened with their illnesses and I needed help planning the visit with their 2 year old son. Our Pixie Rep. helped us each step of the way. Hotel, meals, even ride choices helped us make the most of our trip with out exhaustion and stress. I never thought a perfect vacation was possible but this one was from the moment we put on our bracelets. Bless you for extra care you gave my family. We really enjoyed the resort. It was almost the perfect vacation. Weather was mixed, no one's fault except mother nature. Our planner, Mary Beth, was very patient as we changed our minds multiple times on the location, again, the hurricanes that hit the Caribbean made our location change. We really appreciate all the help

We were thoroughly impressed with your services, particularly with Tabitha Woodard. She is an amazing Travel Agent for your business! She booked us a week stay at Fort Wilderness Cabins for our family and my parents as well as a Disney Cruise for both parties. Everything went off without a hitch. She stayed in constant touch with us to make sure all of our questions were answered. She thoroughly explained all check-in processes and schedules. Timely responses and personable, professional service. I have already recommended you to anyone wanting to travel and have someone do all the planning. Saved us so much time versus hunting and searching through all the travel websites and charting everything out. All the recommendations you made were spot on. We followed your directions and recommendations and have the time of our lives. You really made our 30th anniversary trip and celebration something to remember. And Il BUCCO!! Great to have someone coordinate all the details and offer insight for restaurants, etc. FastPass education would be helpful and booking too close to arrival and departure meant we missed those rides when Magical Express took a long time. Overall a great vacation!
