Susanne Hays is the Owner/President of Fairytale Journeys Travel Agency. Her love for Disney began when she was a young girl going to Disney with her brothers for a boy scout trip. During High School she attended Benjamin Russell High School where she was given the opportunity as a majorette to perform at Magic Kingdom during one of their parades, which was a dream come true and such an honor to have been chosen.
Susanne has over 10 years experience in the travel industry. Her experience in sales and the importance of customer service, loyalty, and dedication for every client to have a magical experience is when Fairytale Journeys,LLC was created in 2009. She has extensive knowledge of Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line and Universal Studios in Florida. Her main focus is helping others plan their magical vacations and give each client the personal service that they should have. With her expertise she makes sure from the beginning of the reservations to the end that everything is taken care of so her clients have a magical vacation.

Susanne helped our family plan a magical Disney vacation! She was always quick to answer questions and offered great advice when it came to planning character meals and fast passes. She even provided the kids with extra goodies before the trip and when we got there!

Susanne helped me plan our very first Disney Cruise and she was a lifesaver! I was very familiar with the Disney Parks but cruising with DCL was a whole new world for me and one I knew nothing about. Susanne gave me great advice and insight as to what to expect and the cabin she booked for us was fabulous! She took care of everything so all we had to do was pack and show up. It was one of the most relaxing weeks of our life and hands down, a favorite vacation for my entire family! We have since taken 5 more cruises and have used Susanne each time because of the impeccable service she provides. Thank you Susanne and Fairy Tale Journeys!
